I like the 100mg strength because I use a pill splitter to cut them in half. then I have 60 50mg tablets. They work good, I usually take 50mg because I am sensitive to caffeine and that's all I usually need. If I am really tired and need to stay awake I would take 100mg. I think more companies should make the 100mg strength. They work fast and last maybe 2 or 3 hours. Like a cup of instant coffee which has slightly less caffeine than brewed coffee. I like the strength, they work good, so I recommend them. The price is reasonable also.

I have had chronic headaches for the last 5 years that have grown into debilitating ones that the neurologist can't figure out. Sumatriptan will stop them but can only be taken occasionally. I'm open to suggestions from anyone as I'm pretty much on my own with searching for a cure. I do believe that the root of them lies in my back with muscle spasms and I'm working on that now. I've seen just about every kind of therapist in existence and I think it's up to me to find the answer.

Love this 100mg product verses their 200mg double strength product because it’s effective at a lower dose and doesn’t have any yellow 5 or color additives in it. If I need to double up on it I can do so within safe margins. Product states to take every 3 to 4 hrs. as needed. I make certain not to go over limit of 400mg caffeine consumption daily as this is my safe range to avoid caffeine toxicity.

These are great for people who need a little boost but dont want to take high dosage caffeine supplements. Sometimes when I am groggy one of these and something sweet can get me moving again.
