Terrific high oleic sunflower oil
We like this oil very much. The food comes out light and without any oily aftertaste. I think its definitely superior to the Indian sunflower oils which are heavily refined. We rotate this with the Borges Canola oil to make sure we are getting the good ingredients from both oils. Will keep buying this.

Bit costly when compared with regular refined oil but it has healthy levels of MUFA and PUFA which is very important for heart health

I did a deep reserach on oil, this is most healthy oil because of low Omega 6,omega 3 can consumed separately from chia, flax seed or DHA suppliment.
