Makes my ES-175 Sing!
I bought a Left Handed ES-175 copy Chibson and this was one of three key upgrades that made the guitar stellar. The other two upgrades were vintage Grover Tuners and Seth Lover Humbuckers. But I do believe that this made possibly the most improvement in tone. The cheap bridge that came with the guitar was muffled and had poor coupling to the body of the guitar. The guitar also had poor intonation. I did not have to modify the bridge at all, it went right in and conformed to the body immediately. The guitar's output was clearer, higher in volume and really made an incredible difference. The intonation was unbelievably spot on (strings open and on the 12th fret were virtually identical)! I would not have expected this at all. Very highly recommended if you're on the fence with a situation like me. Cheers!

A perfect upgrade for my Ibanez jazz box....
My 1985 Ibanez AR350 (post-lawsuit ES-175 copy) has been my workhorse jazz, big band swing and rockabilly axe (yes, she's one versatile instrument) for 43 years. Recently I got the bug to upgrade her sound and I settled on two improvements. I replaced the stock neck humbucker with a Lollar Charlie Christian and finally got the jazz pickup sound I wanted. However that pickup enhance the mild tuning problems produced by the stock rosewood bridge and saddle. The Golden Age tune-o-matic is a perfect match for the Ibanez archtop and the adjustable saddle inserts produced an insanely precise tuning for each string. In addition, the metal insert on an ebony base are a better medium for getting the the string vibrations to the box, enhancing the "acoustic" sound of the guitar. My darling little Ibanez now has the voice that she always deserved.

Nice fit and finish
No complaints here. Of course, I had to fit the feet to the curve of my guitar but that's to be expected. The adjustments allow for all the fine tuning and set-up needed. Then again, that's why I bought it.

Intonation problem solved.
Intonation was out on Eastman archtop. Loosened the string, slipped the old bridge out, new one in. Intonation problem gone. If only all problems were so easily solved.
