Real Russian buckwheat in easy-to-boil bags
For the Russians buckwheat is like rice for the Asians - although much healthier. This is a real deal, good quality grain that comes prepackaged for easy boiling and serving. So yummy, I love it! My husband is Hispanic, but he and his whole family fell in love with this fluffy goodness, too. The secret is the right amount of butter and salt :)

Great, healthy & Fast!
Great Amazon find. I can find this at my grocery store but it's a drive so I'm thrilled to see it on Amazon. Little bit more expensive than store, but not by much. The pouches are perfect for simple, fast cooking. Rich in Iron, this is a superfood! And you don't need to go to Russia to buy it!

Better than rice
A friend of mind that happens to be Russian recommended this brand when I told her that I needed to cut white rice out of my diet. The buckwheat is an excellent rice replacement and it's better for you and it taste great. I purchased this through Amazon because it's impossible to find buckwheat in stores or it could be because of the pandemic purchasing panic that there is a shortage.
