Great Ergonomic Mouse
I can’t say enough great things about this mouse. It’s soo comfortable in my had, and don’t have wrist pain any more. The cable is quite long, so you won’t have any issues with length. It’s easier to use than a regular mouse. The buttons are so quiet, and it really is a great buy for those looking to get an ergonomic mouse for home or office.

Mouse cursor stops
Updated to 1 star. Mouse continues to decline and the pros do not outweigh the cons. Mouse lags A LOT. So frustrating. Will have to switch to my old mouse for now. When I move the mouse around the cursor will pause and I have to shake the mouse to get it to move. It is so frustrating. It worked well the first month then went down hill even after a full night’s charge. I wanted to love it as it fit perfectly in my petite hands and felt really soft. Overall, I would not recommend. Update: excellent customer services I emailed customer service on the perixx website and they exchanged the product for me!

Light and Almost Just Right
I have extremely small hands and use the mouse frequently. I like that this mouse was designed for small hands and it feels comfortable. I also like that it's has four buttons and is wireless. This is a plug and play a mouse therefore there are limited adjustments that can be made in Windows 10. It took a little while to get used to. I think that the overall design it is good the only problem I have with Perimice mini is that it feels a little light. It took me a long time looking at the specifications and the sizing of all the small vertical mice and this one seemed to be the best. I was thrown off by reviews that said that these it broke I have had this for about a month and it seems to be working fine. I tried previously the smallest size of the Evoluent right-handed mouse and it was too big. This mouse is still a little big for me so to make it easier for me to use I put some padding on it. This is like putting extra socks on your feet when shoes are too big. For the price this is a really good deal. It uses a AA battery and you should have extra on hand just in case. I found with a very high resolution UHD monitor it is best to use on the highest DPI setting. It would be nice for the us petite people to have a mini mini extra small version. I bought a new mouse pad just for optical mice, the old mouse pads felt gritty. It took longer than expected for delivery due to the C-Virus Crisis---since I needed it for work and my hands were hurting it would be helpful if Amazon asks if the product is needed for essential work.

Quality, Style, Workmanship - Great Price, Made with "passion" in Germany
I love this new model with the matte-style finish that prevents oil build-up from your hands. It is a smaller version that is great for throwing in your backpack but not too small for all-day usage. It is very well made and crafted in Germany. It is well-priced for the quality and workmanship. Once you get used to this mouse style that helps prevent carpal tunnel in your wrist, you won't return to normal mice. I love this brand, too, for quality keyboards and more. Experience the Perizz Magic!

Cute and comfortable, but lacking in DPI.
This mouse is nice and it's comfortable. It's a great size for me. I have tried some others that push my hands back too far and I can't click the buttons. Unfortunately, the DPI dose not work great. It is not accurate enough for detail work in programs like photoshop or illustrator. It will jump several pixels at a time no matter what I have the DPI set to (I've tried it while cycling through all three settings). For everyday casual browsing, this is fine. It's comfortable and I like the look of it. Unfortunately, I have to switch to another mouse if I want accuracy.

Perfect fit small to med women’s hand with wrist problems
Really like this mouse. Bought one for home and one for work. Fits my hand well I would say I have small to medium woman’s hand. I was having issues with tendonitis on my right hand/wrist and it hurt to use a regular mouse. I went to pt and they said they preferred I stay away from roller ball mouse because it would eventually cause thumb issues. I didn’t want to trade my wrist pain for thumb pain down the road. This and and ergonomic keyboard aided in my recovery.

BEST comfort and ergonomic design (out of many)
Admittedly, I've had this mouse for 4 hours but it's immediately proved to be exactly what I'm looking for. It's performance is 100% for office work, i.e. scrolling, pointing, clicking. Very smooth, nice adjustments on responsiveness, and completely silent minus a few of the specialty clicks. High quality matte finish feel and look. I work on my computer 50+ hrs/week ... for the company that sells this product where you are right now : ) ... and I've gone through several different ergonomically designed 'mice' - most recent was the Logitech "Lift" which is very popular. That and many like it are so heavy at the bottom and thin at the top you feel like you are fighting gravity constantly trying to hold and move the mouse without your hand slipping upward. I'll put it like this, do you want your hand shaped like a duck's beak for 50 hrs/week or a C grip? Hint, one of them is natural, one of them is not. Will also add the Logitech Lift and others like it look weird, they are not subtle. You better love the feel of that design to justify having it on your desk. The Perimice is just right, light and rounded enough for a proper grip. Price doesn't always translate to quality or experience and in this case, there's a pronounced difference. Spend $40 less for a better fitting product.

Won't turn on reliably or pair.
The mouse would not work. After switching the battery and turning the switch to "on" several times, I was able to get the bottom and top LED lights to shine briefly. Additionally, it did not come with any instructions on how to pair it, and it was not obvious how to do so since it doesn't have a pairing button like most Bluetooth devices have (if they don't have a component that plugs into the computer.) I looked up the product manual to see the instructions, but after following them, the mouse would not appear on my computer's list of available bluetooth devices. I have started the return process and will not be buying from this brand again.

After much research into popular vertical mouses, I settled on this one. After receiving it, I immediately loved it and bought a second one for my partner. I suffer from wrist strain and RSI as a result of my office job. My partner does not have wrist issues, but it is good to be preventative/improve wrist posture. I have found my wrist pain is significantly less since using this mouse, which I only use now for my job. I still have some mild (but now bearable) pain, but suspect this is from using my laptop without a mouse in leisure time, so cannot say for certain - but it has definitely lessened noticeably since switching to this mouse. The mouse is similar to many on the market based on reviews but a completely solid performer: it is incredibly comfortable, with absolute in its own right: there is absolutely no learning curve to switching either. It is as easy to operate as a flat mouse but far more comfortable. It is also the size of a regular mouse, so good for small or average hands (I have average-sized female hands). A lot of appealing contenders like the Anker seem to only cater to large hands unfortunately, so I struggled to find a vertical mouse that would be appropriate. The Permixx fits comfortably in the my hand and seems to be an average sized mouse, comparative to size of the standard issue at my workplace. I have seen the main criticism is for the forward/back buttons - I agree these are too high and difficult to reach, but as a bonus feature, I don't use these enough to detract from my rating. However future models could improve by placing just a bit lower, while still being above the thumb curve. The scroll button is tactile and enjoyable to use - it has controlled scroll as well as click and free scroll. I am curious how more other vertical mouses that have a steeper angle feel compared to this one, so cannot comment as I have not tried other vertical mouses, but will say the angle on the Permixx is comfortable, far superior to a flat mouse, and still enough to make a difference to hand/wrist pain reduction and increased comfort in my experience. As an added bonus, it has a matte finish with excellent grip and has the feel of a quality mouse. It has only been about 3 months since purchasing but it has been an excellent mouse so far (both myself and my partner love it) and can definitely recommend to others.

Recomendado.
