I ordered several of these and each was different. One of them was as described but the others were 1-1/8” and 1-1/4” Since I was using them in California to keep a hot water pipe coming from a tankless heater through my garage hot, I used them anyway, but if you live in a cold climate and are reliant upon insulation I would suggest a different seller.

The product was way overpriced and not what was expected from the description. I had to return the item and was refunded only 10% of what the item cost. I would suggest that no one purchase from the seller.
