This golf training aid consists of a metal base, angle adjustment device, and two 48 inch collapsible to 17 inch alignment rods. The device is very versatile and can be adjusted to aid in several components of your golf swing. It can aid in swing angle, swing path, and in minimizing sway. The metal is thick and heavy and works great as a stable base. The alignment rods are fiberglass and extend and connect easily. I think this is a great design that helps my game in a lot of ways. The only issue is the price. You can find similar training aids for five to ten bucks cheaper. Should I need another I would consider this because of the quality, but would also look elsewhere for a better deal.

The direction of the swing path is very important for consistent ball striking. This well-made tool works very well and is adjustable in so many directions. The alignment sticks are collapsible, so the entire kit is compact when not in use. Nice to have tee holes in the base corners to hold the base on the turf, though probably not necessary as it does weigh quite a bit.
