The gummies are delicious and easy to take - they taste like strawberries! I've tried other biotin supplements in the past, but these gummies are by far the most effective. I think it's because they're made with high-quality ingredients and are easy to digest. One thing to note is that it takes a few weeks to start seeing results, so be patient! But trust me, it's worth it. I've already recommended these gummies to my friends and family. My only suggestion would be to make the bottle a bit bigger - I go through these gummies pretty quickly! But overall, I'm super happy with the results and would definitely buy them again. It’s worth the cost and it easy to melt and have some sort of stickiness to it ‼️

I’ve been using the Biotin gummies for a little over 3 months now and can REALLY tell a difference in my hair and nails. I originally bought it to help with hair loss, age, medication, illness, diet was causing my hair to just come out in handfuls. I hated looking at my hair because it had gotten so thin, there was literally nothing I could do with it. After the first two months I really noticed a huge difference and will NOT stop taking these. I not only stopped losing hair but have hair regrowth!! Thanks for an outstanding product, it tastes great too! Update: Before using Havasau Biotin Gummies my hair was falling out by the hand fulls. Literally small animals where collecting in the shower drain. I could see my hairline rescinding, it was horrible. Now I have baby hairs growing in, my hair is thicker and no more clumps of hair! So happy with this product!

I had to wait a while before I could give this a proper review and see if it actually had some effect. The gummies are yummy! Like others have said, they can be tempting to eat like candy. I take 2-3 each day. The first thing I noticed was how my nails looked, they did not easily chip and break like they had before and appeared to be whiter. Also, my metabolism has peaked!! I’m always hungry. So yeah, it definitely “supports healthy metabolism”. My hair was the main reason I got this. My hair was breaking off like mad, could have been stress or postpartum. Either way, my hair was getting thinner. After just a week, my hair pretty much stopped coming out when I combed it. I see less hair on the bathroom floor! I’m loving that part the most. I haven’t seen much changes in my skin, because I’ve never had much skin problems. But I’m psyched that this may allow my hair to remain and go back to its healthy state.

I wanted to start taking Biotin and was always curious about the gummy versions. I decided to take the chance due to the great reviews. I am not a fruity/gummy fan at all but figured it would be tolerable, they're actually delicious!! i wonder if this is even a vitamin lol thats how good it is!!! you could sit there an eat the entire bottle if you didnt know any better. As for the quality, i think it would take 2 bottles to start noticing any difference. That being said i gave this 4 stars only b/c i haven't reaped the benefits just yet AND I have been experiencing a bitter taste in my mouth all day long and won't go away. I'm 3/4 of the way done with this bottle and i've started experiencing this as of last week, this is my second week. I'm starting to get concerned bc i thought it was something health wise, but the only change in my diet has been adding this supplement. Sadly, i will stop taking this with the hopes it goes away. I googled/found others have reported the same side effect. Might not happen to everyone but i figured this would be something to note.

After my first pregnancy I had a lot of hair loss which lasted about a year, or a little more. After my second baby was born I started having hair loss (at around 1 month after baby was born) and a friend recommended this supplement to me. I started taking it and noticed the hair loss slowed significantly. Then I ran out and there was about 2 weeks where I did not take it. During that time the large amounts of hair loss came back! Then I got some more and have made sure not to run out again and the hair loss once again slowed. Now I still have some hair loss, but I feel like it’s a normal amount like before I had kids, and I can see some actual regrowth in the worst area of hair loss (my baby is 7 months old, hair growth is shown in the picture). Around 7 months after my first born my hair was still falling out, big time. I will definitely recommend this to my pregnant friends for postpartum in hair loss. I only wish I’d started taking it immediately after my baby was born. Flavor is sweet, like a chewy candy. I’ve been taking it for 6 months twice a day and still not tired of the flavor.

To be honest, I love the fact that these biotin supplements are in gummy form. I don't know why but whenever my supplements are in gummy form I for some reason remember to always take them faithfully. They taste amazing so that could be a factor. The great reviews really caught my eye about this brand because I've taken other brands and they feel like they did nothing for me. And some either made me breakout or have huge headaches; no matter how much water I drank. With the Havasu Nutrition biotin gummies I haven't had any breakouts and no headaches. My skin is looking really good, my nails are growing at a much faster rate and also my eyelashes are so much longer and thicker than before. I'm amazed. I can't wait to see how it helps me with my hair growth though. I haven't been taking it long enough to notice any difference but I've gotten such great results elsewhere so I don't see any reason not to continue taking them.

I've been taking them for about a month and they've helped me a lot with hair loss. I've tried some other products, but these were a perfect complement; their flavor is delicious.

Received item quickly as the other biotin I like is constantly out of stock . Not a big fan of this one as it is gritty . Vegan biotin can taste better . Good enough for now.

They seemed good. Great taste. Easy to take. I used them all up which is saying something. Not sure how effective they are in making my thinning hair improve but, can't h urt!!

They taste great, wish there was more in the container for the price
