I was told taking 2mg of copper everyday will keep your hair from turning gray (it won't reverse gray hair though). I've been using it for close to three years. I'm almost 52 and I am staving off gray hair so far. Not sure if it's the copper or my genetics I have to thank but just in case it's the copper, I'm going to keep taking it!

If you take zinc supplements or use zinc based skin products which deplete your copper, leading to hair loss, then this supplement seems to get new hair growing again. Copper is hard to find on most drug stores, fast delivery and good price.

Pills are hard for me to swallow but more my issue than the pills. Is in capsule form. Meet all the physicains recommendations. Have a bad taste while most of my pills have no taste. There were less expensive products available but the delivery would have taken longer. These were delivered earlier than expected.

Good product works well

Well, the copper supplement seems to be high quality.. The gel cap taste is not the greatest.So far really satisfied.

It smells strong ……A strong smell of a plastic. It doesn’t smell like anything you can take by mouth. Make me throw up.
