I am free to smoke a tobacco cigarette once in a while but I am seeing some benefits smoking a couple of bidis a day. Review: Empty Inside - It's empty , has only an outer covering leaf which burns and smells like a dry leaf . Inside it's almost empty , not worth it .

Worth a try for smokers who are willing to quit.
Well, I started smoking cigarettes at age of 16. Since 4-5 years I somehow got shifted to bidies. Since then I could not switch over to cigarette due to strong taste of bidi. This product seems good. It's second day, now I am tabacco/nicotine free.
