Good comparison with pictures for similar looking species. More informative. Good one for beginners as it include most of the general species those one can observe in gardens, fields etc.

Best for the money good picture and details is there. good paper quality. its small book but it has lot of information and discreption

Very good book for butterfly identification

Very good book, full of information, images are little smaller but it is ok to identify as a beginner.....

Nice enough and quite inclusive guide book.

I have been trying to find a book like this. Others are too costly. This book is pocket size, easy to carry and a marvelous field guide. And there is enough details and descriptions, written in a precise way. It is a must to have for young zoologists and people who love butterflies.

The media could not be loaded. The video is just to show how thin and small the book is, I was expecting more species, more pages, only 176 pages and the dimensions are smaller and than A5 paper. Bit disappointed. Need a better book.

Butterflies of India is an excellent book with color photos of all the butterflies found in India along with pertinent information on each species . I love butterflies and, since I can travel around the world to see them, books like this bring the butterflies right into my home. If you are passionate about butterflies or if you are going to India on holiday than I recommend this book as I am sure you'll find is quite useful.

Great book, beautiful pictures. Having photos of both upperwings and underwings is very helpful. Multiple photographs are depicted for each species.

Invaluable reference to the butterflies of India. As far as I know, there is nothing else available to compete with it.
