Superb product,with great quality , best trimmer almost as good as barbers models

don't buy this product you may waste your money

Product came in the mail and everything looked good at first. I opened up the box and plugged in both the trimmer and the clippers only to find that the trimmer doesn't work (trimmer makes a soft electric noise but no movement in the blades). I called the warranty number on the back of the box and they informed me that since I live in Canada, I need to phone another number and try to arrange how to send them the product back and then they will decide what to do (she didn't sound like it would be an obvious replacement). The amount of effort involved in this isn't worth it. I would go with another product that is a little more expensive but you can be comfortable knowing won't come defective.

Worked great for the first couple of months. After 4 months the smaller trimmer would no longer cut, and would snag and pull on every single hair. I followed all the oiling instructions, and maintained it as instructed, but the trimmer is absolutely useless. The clipper works well and is still going strong. Would definitely not buy again as a combo pack, and definitely not worth the price.

small trimmer sucks- not sharp at all literally does nothingpower keeps cutting the circuits in my bathroom- new home so its not my plug- definately not worth the money at all-

The trimmer is useless. As for the clipper, the PM-1 version of it is vastly superior but this one manages to do the job.3.5 stars

both are realy handy , im using these for my beard and hair for almost a years , and i didnt got any problem with it , work realy well and doesnt make too much sound , i recommend it
