Nomadix Original Towel - Perfect for Beach, Pool, Travel, Camping, Yoga - Made with Recycled Materials - Super Absorbent - Sand Resistant

I got these as a gift for my husband for our future RV, where there is not much space to store towels. These are perfect. Very large size, yet fold into a small space. Dries in a flash. The designs are lovely, and look good while hanging to dry. Long enough to wrap around your body comfortably and tuck the ends in, which is important if you’re on the larger side. In fact, even though they were meant for the RV, I’ve used them a bunch of times in the house, because they are so nice, and in the summer when showering frequently, it’s helpful to have a fast drying towel. I honestly wish I had more, to add to the collection. You will, not be disappointed in these.

I bought one of these on a whim for a trip and wow, they really do dry you super fast. They are very light and thin and kinda stick to you so you don't "towel down" like usual. I just wrap myself in it and it just slurps the moisture off you. I've heard they're sand resistant for the beach too but haven't tried it for that yet. I bought a second towel and have been giving them as gifts! As a bonus they are made with recycled materials which I think makes them worth the cost. I tried some of the cheaper knockoffs off Amazon but they're not the same texture and not nearly as absorbent, and aren't recycled.

I am testing quick dry towels for my beach cottage in the tropics. We have an Air bnb and use LOTS of beach towels and are moving away from cotton due to dry times. The Nomadix towel is pictured the left and is more textured looking/feeling. The cheaper towels is blue and pink on right.PROS: beautiful colors, large size, Sheds sand, folds up small, very absorbent and dry you off well. Feels a bit more substantial than the cheaper microfiber towels and weighs more. Feels classier. This towel was 14oz dry. A tad more texture than the cheaper towels.NEUTRAL: all microfiber towels feel and dry you differently than cotton. They are also THIN and flat so you cannot compare to terri towels.CONS: one sided design whereas the cheaper ones have 2 sided print. Also a bit heavier in the beach bag (cheaper towels were 8oz dry) so more expensive to launder (we pay by the lb) and longer to dry. Side by side both towels dry you off quickly and well and both wrap fully around you. These Nomadix towels however, stayed wet hours longer than the lighter cheaper towels of same size. This eventually led to a stinky towel in the humid tropics.OUTCOMEYes I really like the 2 nomadix i bought as they look and feel classier than the average microfiber towel, especially the design. I like the better texture over the flat smooth microfiber. I will be keeping them for personal use but wont be buying more as they are not 4x better than the $12 Yongoes microfiber beach Towels which dry faster, weigh less, travel lighter and smaller and still are large and work great.

I wanted a camping towel. I thought this would be cool. When it arrived I was thinking one of those shammy type towel that are horrible. Well it is a shammy type but works better than I thought. I was not a fan at first but I shower with it as my primary towel. I really like it and it’s cool looking too.

It’s a little bigger than my yoga mat. I ove it!
