XtremepowerUS Inflatable Stand Up Paddle Board Set,Adjustable Paddle, Backpack and Pump

After two months of researching inflatable SUPs, I purchased this board in the mint color; the mint color is much lighter than what the picture indicates but it is still an attractive board. It's a great board for a novice user to learn on and appears to be made of high quality materials. Overall I'm very pleased with the value of the board and would recommend it to others.

We recently purchased this paddleboard and LOVE it! It is great quality and is very user friendly. We have always rented hard plastic paddleboards in the past, but hated trying to strap them down on the top of our vehicle. We love how easily and quickly this inflatable paddleboard sets up and takes down--literally 5 minutes or less. The valve has a small button that you can push down to keep the air from escaping (or twist up when you are packing up). I cheat and use an old electric air mattress pump for the majority of the way, and then finish with the hand pump they provide. I like the hand pump because it has a guage that you can see where you are on your air pressure for your board. The backpack they provide to carry the board in is high quality as well, and easily stores all your equipment.Two thoughts: 1) The board is as long and thick as the ones we have rented in the past. However, the board is not quite as wide. This actually makes the board easier to manuever turns, and somewhat faster, but a little more prone to tipping. We use the board for family use--our 10 year old can easily use this board, so we like that we can turn it more easily. I wonder if it tips more for me, because of my inexperience.2) One section of the paddle doesn't come apart very easily, because of sand that got in the handle. My guess is that this would be the case for just about any paddle.Overall, we love the board! We will save up and purchase another one.

This is a beautiful, high quality board! The only reason I’m giving it a 4 out of 5 stars is because the pump it comes with is faulty and therefore I do not know how much to fill it up and I cannot rate the sturdiness of the board appropriately. I will edit this review once I figure that out!Update: I have used this board a handful of times in many of the beautiful Florida springs and let me tell you, this board does not disappoint! The pump it came with went straight to the trash after a few attempts to fix it but I already carry an automatic pump in my car for my tires and it works perfectly for the board with a bike tire attachment that I purchased on Amazon for a few bucks! It fills up (I only fill it to 13 psi) in about 7 minutes with the automatic pump, whilst I get the rest of my stuff ready for my adventure! It's a beautiful, sturdy board that performs extremely well and I have gotten many compliments and many "woah! That's inflatable? I thought it was just a board!" It packs really easy and it is not very heavy.

The media could not be loaded.  I've used this paddleboard everyday since I got it 4 days ago in two different San Diego locations: La Jolla and Point Loma. One thing to note: this board takes a lot of energy to pump up, and only gets harder as you get closer to 12 psi. I had to get help from my boyfriend. It's a great workout though, and worth it once you get in the water. I have a feeling the pump I recieved is faulty, as my boyfriend has a similar pump from a different company that works faster. The pump also arrived with a an opaque casing over the gauge, as shown in the picture, so I had to pry it off in order to see the actual numbers. It's as if the plastic melted or something, and I wasn't able to get it to be clear.As for the functionality of the board, it performs very nicely. It is a bit thin, so it takes a bit to get used to, but I got the hang of it quickly. I enjoyed using in in Point Loma and brought my dog along for her first paddleboard adventure too. With my 47 pound dog, I found it pretty easy to balance as long as she stayed still. The board is not slippery, so she didn't have trouble staying on. I would not recommend using this paddle board where there are more waves, such as La Jolla, as the minute I tried to stand up I fell over. You can sit down and kneel, but since it is so thin it is not stable in rougher waters. I saw other people on wider boards who had no trouble standing up. I had a lot of fun getting knocked over by the waves on the way back to shore.The board is super super easy to pack up, and the back pack it comes with makes it more comfy to carry. I don't enjoy carrying the board itself when its blown up, as it hurts my fingers to carry it by the handle. All in all, this board is worth the money, and I'm very excited to take it on my trip to Lake Tahoe in a few weeks!Update: I’ve had this board for under a month. While the board itself works great, the pump has stopped functioning well. It lets out a lot of air as you’re pumping it up. I have to use my friends pump from a different company and it works so much better. The handle of the paddle also broke off randomly, so I cannot use it. I am waiting for costumer service so I can get these two items replaced. Anyone planning to get this board should have backup options available because while the board it great, the materials are not top quality.

Highly recommend. Material is solid and everything came as expected. I used this every weekend since July 10, 2017 and the board is solid strong.Just as a tip... I noticed that inflatable board is more wobbly than a hard SUP. I read that having 10-15 PSI help with stability but I disagree. It does take 5 mins to inflate but not at 10-15 PSI. The manual pump won't get you there in 5 mins. I recommend using a high pressure electric pump ($70 or more) or else you'll be pumping for 20-30 mins, exhausted and your back will be aching before you get in the water. Deflate and storage is a plus for me. I keep it in the trunk of my sedan.

The actual board and paddle are great. They both work like a charm out on the ocean waters and I couldn't be happier. The only real issue I have is the air pump. I think I may have received a broken one or one with a leak somewhere. It squeaks so loud and makes it very awkward to pump up. At first, it was livable and I was happy to at least have a paddleboard finally. My boyfriend spent over 50 min pumping it a few days ago and it only got as far as halfway with the pump provided. I guess I will be replacing the air pump if I want to go out on the water again.

The product was as advertised. The pump isn't that great but he paddleboard is awesome
