Faulty.

I had no need to use this equipment until 3 months after purchase. So the first use was today, whereupon there is a faulty switch and I should be covered under statutory rights for replacement or repair. Sadly I cannot find any link to enable this; the standard return page just tells me that I'm out of time, which of course is ultra vires and actionable if Amazon do not comply.
