Ringside Double End Heavy Bag Anchor

So here is my review based on 1 day of use. The quality seems very good. Long term can't comment. When filled with sand very steady and does not move. When they say 35 to 50 lbs of sand you think there is no way you can fit 50lbs of sand in here. The base is very small which is good because you can get close if using a double end bag.However, you can get about 48 to 49 lbs of sand but takes some work. Here is how to do it:1) Open the base2) Get a garbage bag with a pull string so don't have to worry about leaking as much3) Place bag in side and turn the unit on its side4) Keep putting sand in. I used a 1 cup measuring up as there is zero way you can just pour the sand in. If you do, be prepared for beach not in the base.5) You will have to keep pushing the sand back once it starts to get full around 45 lbs.6) Zipper slowly.Note: I might have been able to get the full 50 lbs with a little extra effort but I got about 48.5 or 49 lbs. Close enough. They should have made the unit just a little taller but a .5 inch or so so gives you that little extra room to fit the sand but works really well and worth the buy.

Added a 1/2 cubic bag of pea gravel to each one and so far, I am very pleased with them. I use one for the lower anchor of my double end bag, and one (now and again) to restrict my heavy bag with a bungee cord. Works great for the double end, depends how hard I hit the bag, but still I'm very pleased for the cost.

Bought this for my double end bag. Small in diameter so you dont have to worry about kicking it when getting close to the bag. Fit a whole 50lbs bag of play sand from lowes for like $5. (put a 16 gallon garbage bag inside the anchor bag while filling to prevent sand from leaking) worked exactly how I thought it would.

Works well. The ony time I really move the bag hard is with front or rear teeps.

Works great for my double end bag. I used a trash bag inside it to pour the sand in and that seems to be working well. No leaking sand and I think getting rid of the sand when I have to move will be easy.
