While this product does not have any adverse side effects, it basically doesn't work at all. It did not suppress my appetite in the least. I did not lose any weight on it. I think I bought the last 2 bottles so no one else will be fooled. I guess I should learn that these products don't ever work.

Didn't work for me..Don't waste ur money..try your own personal diet and lifestyle with exercise..be determined! Maybe it work for others but then again..everybody is different..

I'm 53 and was trying my best to take off some stubborn weight that I just couldn't get rid of exercising. I eat well but I was snacking some and felt like I needed to cut back a little more to get the weight off. I didn't even get through the first bottle and I had lost 5 pounds! Doesn't sound like much weight but it makes a huge difference when you are close to your goal weight. I had lost 38 pounds about 3 years ago and I didn't want to buy new sizes of clothes again! What I like about this product is that is does help suppress your appetite so that you can eat healthy and not have any craving for carbs or sweets. I would definitely recommend this product!

With all the mixed reviews I decided to give this a try. Fail!! I did not notice anything. Complete waste of money!! But I have to take them until they are all gone so my husband will quit complaining about how I spent all this money on them and not even finish them. Gotta prove him wrong, if I didn't have to they would have been in the trash!

So far, I finished the first bottle. Follow the directions to take 2 pills a day. My goal is to lose 8-10 lbs. This pill has no effect for me. I actually ended up gaining a pound. It's frustrating.

These are excellent! I've been using them on and off for four years. They feel like a safer pill than most on the market but in my opinion they are more of an appetite suppressant than a weight loss pill. I mainly use them for that purpose and have had consistent results. after using them for a while they ebb on effectiveness so be sure to take a day or two off from taking them. Safe and effective for appetite control!!!

If it wasn't for personal experience I would have said "yeah, right". But after being on these pills for a week I have lost 5 pounds and my belly is flatter than it has been for years- without exercise! I stand sideways in front of the mirror and stare in amazement. As promised, no side effects. I really does curb appetite. Feel like I could go most of the day without eating but I know I have to eat even a little. Will keep using until I reach my desired weight. I still don't believe in miracle weight loss pills. After all, to be healthy we still have to exercise. But this stuff gives a good head start. I know a lot of overweight people that I want to introduce this stuff to.

I ordered these pills and was very skepticle about taking them. Alot of pills are out on the market that say that there are no jitters and won't make you hungry but these Alpha Hoodia pills really did not make me jittery at all nor was I hungry.
