Best knee brace I have ever had
I originally dislocated my knee when I was 13, and it has been steadily downhill since (I'm 39 now). Over the years, I have used a LOT of braces to try to stabilize the joint. I was prescribed this one initially after ligament reconstruction 4 years ago.Pros: It is the only one I have ever used that has provided enough stability. It is low profile, and is also able to be tightened enough that it doesn't fall down as you walk/workout. Bonus, it is low profile enough that it isn't terribly obvious at work when I wear knee length dresses/skirts, and it fits under most of my slacks/jeans, though if anyone is really looking they can tell that I am wearing it under.Only con: if wearing OVER things, be careful with the Velcro and make sure you don't have any of the underside of the Velcro exposed. I have ruined several pairs of tights/pantyhose, and made the knee area on leggings get fuzzy/pilled from the Velcrow rubbing it.My ortho recently prescribed me a new brace because it was wearing out, and he had switched to a new sleeve-type product. I tried it for a couple weeks, and then bought myself a new one of this because it was so much better. I wear it daily, and so far it is allowing me to delay the total replacement that I need, but am 15 years too young for. I work out in it, and have worn it for recreation, yardwork, and other heavy daily activities with no problem. It washes easily, and I have work in kayaking with no problem when it was wet.

High Quality Medical Product
I have purchased four of these braces over the past 20 months. I am not a doctor, so please see an orthopedist if you have knee pain. My doctor informed me that my inflamed and painful knee condition was due to patella femoral syndrome. I play a lot of tennis, and the pain was to the point where it was impossible to squat down. This brace (much less expensive from Amazon than from the Drs office), worn regularly when I played tennis, relieved the pain and swelling to virtual non-existence. I was even able to squat down in a catcher's position to practice pitching with my son, something I never believed I could do. This is a high quality brace, with hinged plastic stays on either side of the knee, a c-shaped firm pad that is held against the knee cap to keep it in alignment, and velcro that allows infinite adjustment. It goes on by wrapping around the leg, so you can already have your shoes on before you apply it. I play hours of tennis with it, and it is very comfortable and does not inhibit mobility. I have two in rotation, so one is always available when the other is being washed. The first pair I had lasted about 18+ months of heavy use. The neoprene-like straps that make the final wrap started to stretch and fray. The new replacements seem to be firmer in this regard, but perhaps this is because they are not yet used and therefore not yet stretched. This is an excellent brace that is worth every penny. It literally saved my knee!

The BEST of my 10+ other knee braces!
Well! l've been playing hard court tennis for almost 50 years and that, along with my cute bow-legs, has led to patellofemoral malalignment syndrome, chondromalacia patella, crepitus, and arthritis which equal pain! I've been taping my knees EVERYDAY using the McConnell method to help alleviate any pain and swelling. EVERYDAY, unless I plan to stay indoors all day. The taping helps immensely with the pain and swelling. But one problem with that is that when I play and sweat the Leukotape tape comes off. I have a bag full of braces. Mueller, McDavid, Antibodywear, Donjoy. And a bag full of shoe orthotics. I recently bought the DonJoy Tru-Pull and returned it. I could not get it to move my patella at all. Then I bought the Dyna Track Plus. First time on I could see the possibilities, but I put it in the brace bag while I continued the taping. Last night I played a match on the clay. I wore the Dyna Track all day and throughout the match. The brace twisted out of place once, but other than that the pain was minimal. After the match, I was a little rickety and spent about 20 minutes icing both knees. This morning I put on (have on) the Dyna Track Plus and my left knee does not hurt. Not one bit. My "good knee" ( the right one) is achy. She deserves the Dyna Track Plus and so I have ordered one for her!!!

Work great but quality is suffering
These work great, but the quality is not as good as in the past. Been wearing this brand and model since 2015 on both knees and they've held up great, but this one has already started coming apart at one seem and I'worn it very little.

Sturdy
This brace holds my knee in place. It lets me move as much as I need to. It’s adjustable and the material is comfortable.

Good fit
The brace fits well, I used the specs to decide what size I needed. I don’t love using a brace but needed it post injury & it’s help with longer walks.

Offers good support for patella injuries and post surgical recovery
I've using this after having patella surgery due to an injury about 6 months post total knee replacement. The brace offers a good level of support to keep the patella located and has significantly reduced instability and pain post surgery. The open back is great at relieving the discomfort of "bunching" behind the knee when sitting, driving or doing repeated bending. Cleanup is easy with mild soap and water. Patella brace can be reconfigured for either leg or either side of the patella.A good value.

Support where Needed
This is my second brace. The first one was recommended to me by physical therapist. It gave the necessary support for my left knee when playing tennis for about 2 years. Cheaper ACE brace did not help as much. After coming back to tennis after a year's break due to injury, the right knee became sore. I bought this brace for the right knee. However, the right knee remained sore going up and down stairs. I discovered the ACE brace provided the needed support for the stairs. Now, I use this brace on top of the ACE brace for my right knee when playing tennis. What works for me might not work for you.
