Very easy to put together and very comfortable. Reclines well and foot rest is sturdy. No issues out of the box. (I particularly liked that all the hardware was vacuformed in clearlyblabelled groups.)

I have had this chair for 5 years and honestly it's been pretty great! Only thing is the armrests have wore down so some metal is showing and the seat cushion is basically just wood and material covering at this point. So I got an extra seat cushion. Looking to buy again. Chair has been great for what its worth.

The chair is easy to assemble and no parts came broken. Chair is comfortable for me (I'm 6'4 and 290lbs), but there is a little wobble to the chair. The headrest that came with it had no way to tighten the straps, so it had to be wrapped around the head multiple times to make it tight. First time I sat in the chair and went to adjust the back, there was a loud pop and it felt like I broke the chair, but everything seemed fine when I checked. Chair is definitely worth the value, but if you want something "amazing", definitely look up a big name chair.

Great easy to put together

ok where to start? I brought this chair back in 1/09/2021 - 2/19/2021 which the right side of the chair broke. is a really good chair, IF YOU DONT LEAN BACK FULL WIEGHT. I weight around 223.9 . the metaled used is credit card thin. the wield job is really poor cause that's what broke off bottom right L snapped. had to use JB Wield ( might need a real wielding done to fix it idk this chair is best for young under 150 pounds ( yes its max is 300) but leaning back will break this chair after long use i will take chair apart if i can and show a video wish i would of done the video first then shown the patch job i did to repair it hope this helps everyone out there UPDATE: Customer support 2/25/2021 replaced the chair that had broken the left side in picture within a week or two ( sent messaged and sent them with pictures of the broken parts and they replaced it and i just got it today 3/03/2021. now the replacement looks a lot better then the one I got :) i am going to keep the broken chair as a back up parts chair ( just to have parts) so yes the turn time for support is really fast i got a message roughly the next day or so within 48 hours :) For The Customer Support i give a 5 of 5 Still love the chair

I've had this chair just a month shy of a year now --and today, the hydraulic cylinder went kaput. So, there's that. The rest of the chair is in great condition after a year of use. No major wearing, still super comfortable neck and lumbar pillows. No major wear to the vinyl. My only other negative to this chair is the creases in the seat; the "wings" create deep crevices. My cats also enjoy this chair...and have once or twice gotten really worked up to the point of leaving me "gifts", which have been a real pain to clean up out of those. Sigh. So, I want to recommend the chair because it is otherwise SUPER SOLID, easy to assemble, shipped quickly and easily...but yeah, a year and the hydraulic is out? Ugh.

Had to replace my old gaming chair (it wasn't Vitesse), but it was no longer available. I checked out the Vitesse chair, as I had just bought the desk, so what the heck, go with the Brand, the desk btw is awesome. The chair is solidly built, components, material are really good quality. Assembly was pretty easy. It comes with the pillows, which I found to be uncomfortable, so have since removed them. The head pillow will be nice if I'm reclining back (the back reclines-very nice feature) The only "con" is that the arms don't adjust. They're at a fine height and comfortable, but in order to slide the chair up under the desk, I need to lower the entire seat, not a huge thing, but if others who are not 5' 10" may find the arms too high or low.
