Bright light. Festive, puts a smile on your face kinda cute. No issues, great quality

It's very beautiful. I bought it for my son for Christmas cuz both his grandfathers worked on the railroad and I'm sure he'll love it cuz I opened it up and I loved it and wanted to keep it to myself LOL

I would have returned it, but I took a chance and didn’t take it out of the box until I started decorating for fall. Too late to return. It does not have a timer. I do not buy globes unless they have a timer. The glitter is static. It does not move. EDIT: I was mistaken regarding the timer function. Each car of the train has an ON/OFF switch. When it is turned on, it starts the timer (6 hours on, 18 hours off.) Ideally, I would prefer an ON/OFF/TIME switch so that it could run all day, but it’s not a deal breaker. I can only give it 4 stars due to the glitter not swirling. I have found that if you turn each train upside down and shake a little, the glitter will just float for as long as it runs. Once it turns off, the glitter will settle to bottom. Shaking must be repeated.

I ordered this as a gift for myself. I am not putting it away with Christmas. It will stay out all year. I love how it sparkles and lights up in my bedroom. The light dances off of the wall. It is just beautiful! A great value for the money and so worth it. I turn it on every day. I really like that you can either use batteries or plug it in. Very functional. The music isn’t great but the lighting more than makes up for it. Highly recommend!

This snow globe is really cute but I knocked one star off because the light sometimes doesn’t work, meanwhile the glitter inside was still swirling.
