Soooo TheVirgo in me read all the reviews before I finally said ok let’s do it , so I waited a week before my menstrual to try it ( like I read on other reviews) yes you want to put cold water in first to see how much to fill in and I did two tablespoons of the goodness in a boiling pot. Once you get pass the hot steam it does become more comfortable and you get a sense of spiritual healing as the steam hits your yoni, and yes I did cramp bad once I was finished ( but like in other reviews , cramping is a good sign) so what actually scared me was once my menstrual did arrive I bleed for about two weeks and it was HEAVY ! And I also pass some blood clots I thought I needed to see a doctor because I never bled so heavy in and for so long but i new this has to be the side effects of the stem and once my menstrual was over my tummy was FLAT! No bloating, I felt light and a lot cleaner I waited for my next menstrual without stemming just for the fact of my first month being a scare but my second month ( currently) my menstrual blood is brighter, I’m bleeding lighter , and no cramps or smell !!!! Definitely something I would try every other month but I know that first month everything was pulled out , past traumas, decisions, even residue from giving birth 3 years ago my yoni feels revitalize!!!!

It was my first time ever trying a yoni steam after being recommended to try it a few months ago. I steamed for 20 mins and I literally felt like a new woman. It’s been 3 days since my last steam and I’m still in awe of how amazing I feel. It wasn’t until I was on my way to work the next day that I realized it was the yoni steam that was making me feel so good. I kid you not I felt like I could take on the world. It’s easy and comfortable to use just make sure it’s not too hot because it’s uncomfortable. I lost my grandfather this past January and a lot of the stresses from 2020 were still in my life in 2021, so his death was pretty much the straw that broke the camels back. My performance at work slacked, I was extremely depressed, I couldn’t eat or sleep for about 2 months. After this first ever yoni steam, so much of my insides feel rejuvenated like my chakras are FINALLY beginning to align. Emotionally I’m able to accept the things I can’t change and I’m constantly journaling and accepting my flaws. I’m proud of myself and I’m aware that this life on earth is not the last I will have with my grandad. His death doesn’t feel as painful. For me, it was an overnight change and I wish I had done yoni steams before. I 100% recommended this product especially if you want to feel balanced on all levels.

This products has done wonders to my Vag and my Boyfriend agrees! After each steam/ bath my vag (I normally do it after my period) feels great and its definitely tighter and more moist *If you know what i mean* It gets rid of the after math. When i very first got the product i got it to get rid of my BV and when i tell you after the 1st use the smell was gone and i was the happiest person alive!!! I was going crazy trying to get rid if this i tried the doctors and they gave me a pill but that gave me a very bad yeast infection than i took the pill they gave for the yeast infection and it gave me the BV all over again. I was sick of it so i went to here and man oh man did i find all my problem solvers in 1 bag. I recommend this to anyone with an odor that just wont go away strong or faint. Its magic in a bag.

Heard about it from my sister so I decided to try it. When I got my package I was excited Opened the package and the herbs smells good. It shows you can use a as less as a 1/4 cup of herbs but not how much water to use so I just eyeballed it. Following the instructions I poured the herbs into the seat I let it cool off before sitting down. I wen to sit down and apparently the water was a bit high so note to first time user. Make sure that you check the water level so that her not touching it below 😣 The seat was ok and you can definitely feel the wetness from the steam below which was so new to me a bit uncomfortable but warm. Make sure your relaxed and have nothing to do afterwards because after I did the steam I think I stayed on for about 15 minutes. I probably would have stayed longer but I had things to do. I felt so relaxed after the steam I would definitely do things different being this is my first time. It says to use every 3 to 4 months so I’m definitely looking forward to using it again.

So I purchased this based on the already good reviews, I used just once and it felt really good, I used it with the on the toilet seat to steam. So my menstrual came and surprisingly my flow is reduced, much lighter than my last period, only difference is this yoni steam, my cramps were not as bad either. After the good results I sent them an email asking how frequently to use and they quickly responded and said that I can use as much as I want, so now I will be using at least 3x’s a week!

Used 3 weeks post partum & it helped drain out any lingering blood/gunk that remained. Will be making this a routine.

So I purchased my steam about 1.5 months ago originally because I wanted a natural way for my vagina to get super wet and stay that way throughout intercourse . I was taking maca root but it was making me gain way too much weight so I got off of it ASAP and got this product. Fast fwd I went to my OB to check on my cyst and she told me I also had fibroids. She order another ultrasound after my period to monitor it. I was using my steam literally every other day from the moment I got it until my cycle started. My cycle was so heavy and I cramped really bad. I usually don’t cramp or bleed that bad. I mean I had clots coming out. After my cycle ended I did another steam and went to my ultrasound the next day. I’m still in shock. Listen when I say this product will save you a lot of money. The seller actually sent me extra because of a mix up in my first order. I also had an issue with Yeast haven’t had any since I started using this product. I’m beyond grateful.

I’m new to V-steaming and since I’m all about maintaining health and taking good care of my lady part because - why not?? I don’t want any problems down the line. (Yeast infection, BV, UTI etc...) I’m actually looking for something similar to spa relaxing type of treatment just to enjoy the moment. Since I’m working from home, I was actually looking forward to this. Here is what I think - it smells really good as I am sitting on my sitz bowl (purchased it at femalerituals.com) or Amazon has it too. I purchased couple of their products and I love it! I purchased the yoni balance and boric acid. So this V steam is amazingly great! I love the warm sensation around my v area!!! It’s very relaxing and it does have that cooling/minty sensation to it so I like that kind of sensation. I’m so happy that I get to try this since I’m stuck at home! - I get to relax and my boyfriend is feeling excited for me! Because tonight - tmi 😁😉
