Item arrived quickly and product has exceeded my expectations! Works great with Stott Pilates Edge workouts or any other mat sequence routines! Very useful to have support for back and spine! Leg and ab exercises are great with this modification to elevate your body. Floor work is not drudgery or difficult now with this inclined mat!
