This is a lovely chart! I have only just received it and hung it up on my bedroom wall. Only suggestion would be to have a greater colour contrast between the stickers and the chart as, even from a metre away, it isn't easy to spot where the stickers are and therefore how much progress has been made.However, despite this, I recommend this to anyone who has big goals and finds it difficult to stay motivated. Visual reminders of successful and healthy weight loss is a useful tool. I love the way it is presented. I love running and part of wanting to lose some weight are the benefits for running. This chart is personalised to me. Anything that keeps one on track and encouraged must be a great thing.

For the price I was expecting this to be magnetic to go on the fridge. It's simply a laminated sheet and some stickers. Would expect to pay 4 pounds rather than 9. Slightly disappointed but it will help with visual weight loss.

This is a lot of money for what it is. A laminated a4 sheet and stickers. Only worth half the price. Otherwise I like it.

I Like the option to customize the product I got one as a gift for someone and now i am going to get one for myself too. The product is A4 so a great size to just pop on the fridge or a notice board to keep track of your weightloss journey, and i love the little stickers too! Great product for those who want a visual of their weightloss journey
