They seem good overall. Strong smell but he tolerates swallowing them. No stomach issues.

My granddaughter has been using these for several years and I think that they work well for her.

Good vitamin. My daughter has had no stomach issues taking it. I do feel like there has been a decrease in some of her teenager mood swings, so that’s a positive.

We liked everything about it except the girls both reported a bad taste to it. It’s a capsule so it may just be their sensitivity but it’s enough of a taste for them to avoid taking.

Perfect vitamins. My granddaughter is taking them, and she says they are easy to swallow; she also has more energy.

These haven a life saver for my Anemic daughter. After the first few days she got her energy and spark back!

I like that this multivitamin is not only tailored to the nutrients teen boys need, but it also includes nutrients specific to aiding gut health. That said--be forewarned. These pills smell like a vegan's unwashed armpit after he spent a week at a hot-yoga retreat in the desert heat of an Arizona summer. My son and I spent a month counting down the days until they were used up and we could try a different--and hopefully less stinky--product. If, however, your sense of smell is less sensitive than mine, go for it.
