While I was aware that I had si joint pain, I didn't know that si-joint pain had no relationship to lower back pain. I also didn't know that a belt like this can relieve si-joint disorder, which was beginning to cause my sciatic nerve to hurt. This instantly removed the si-joint pain and I understand that it can help in the si-joint recovery. It is fairly adjustable and durable, I've had it for a few weeks and it seems to be doing well. This belt is also one of the more economical ones.

This is a great little back brace and right out of the package, it gave me the support I needed to tone down the pain of a strained muscle in my lower back. It fits great and is comfortable to wear during stretching and walking. I’m going to order another one just to wear as needed when not exercising!
