I've had a desk job for 25 years and I have been suffering from upper back pain for over a year. Intense, 24 hour ache in my spine, between my shoulder blades. Muscle knots between my shoulder and neck and along the inside of my shoulder blade, from top to bottom. In July 2019, I ended up in the ER because I thought I had a heart attack - They said it was a pinched nerve. Went to a chiropractor and my neck and upper back formed an S, when looking at me from the rear. From July-Dec 2019 I went to the chiropractor 26 times. It helped initially, but I frequently had setbacks or I would leave in worse pain than when I left - and it would last until a day before my next appointment. I tried stretches, foam roller, laying on rolled up towels, laying on tennis balls, body weight exercises and light dumbbell exercises - I had plateaued. Then these yoga wheels started popping up in my social media feeds and ads. For once I am happy for for those ads. I won't lie, the first week was rough, it was downright painful to roll on the any of the wheels. But I stuck to rolling on the large wheel several times a day and every time I rolled on it, my spine would pop. Not as many as the chiropractor could get, but still a few pops. Lots of crackling and I could feel the tight muscles snap like rubber bands after the wheel rolled over them. After a week, it got easier. After a month, muscles knots are gone, constant, intense spine ache is gone. I still get some aching, but I roll on this wheel about 3 times a day still and use it to stretch. I am also mindful of my posture throughout the day and try walk every hour. I feel well enough to start some exercises to try and strengthen that area. These wheels have been a big help to me. I was at a point where I thought I was going to have to take muscle relaxers or go to physical therapy (which was a joke the last time I went for my hip). So thank you!

Just received my Cyan set in the mail. Shipping was the fastest I have ever had with amazon. Wheels are in great condition and there was no off-gassing from the foam or plastic. I am so happy I ordered the set as it will take me some time to build up my strength to do a bend over the largest wheel. With major spinal issues, I have tried many different balls and foam rollers to help me stretch and crack my back. The first time my back cracked between my fusion site and felt amazing! I haven't been able to move that area for years!! Very happy with my purchase and excited to work on the stretches more over the coming months.I went to the website to download the Yoga Wheel Guide but ran into some issues. Sent an email to customer service on UpCircleSeven's website and got a reply within an HOUR!!! This is so atypical and absolutely wonderful! Very pleased with the customer service and prompt reply. Justin (customer service agent) was polite and quickly sent the wheel guide to me.The wheels feel sturdy and clearly well thought out design. The curved sides make it easy and comfortable to hand onto. No slipping at all and the foam was not too thick or too thin. Plus the color is beautiful and looks nice just sitting on a bookshelf for storage.

Enjoy the stretch I get when using the wheel. Working my way up to the large wheel. Requires some balancing. Eager to see results!

I LOVE these yoga wheels. I’ve been using them almost daily for a couple of weeks since I got them to alleviate some pain and pressure I have in my back and occasionally to help my muscles recover from a tough workout after the fact—don’t use the big wheel for this though, I use the smallest one, the biggest one is ideal for spine relief though.The mat-like material on them is supremely thick, I never feel the hard plastic inside ring touching my back which is AWESOME, and they don’t smell or get sticky or anything even after constant use both before and after my regular yoga workouts. I do wipe them down with a little bit of mat wash once I’m done cleaning my mat itself for the day, and they still look like I just took them out of the box!! And there was no chemical gross smell when I opened them initially either. I love these, they’re worth the investment.

Comfortable; sturdy and works great for stretching and relieving back pain

I have been using this set for a week, I have only used the small wheel so far but it works well and has great stiffness vs flex when using it. It was recommended by my chiropractor for my back.

I bought these in July 2019, and I do use them and find relief from pain. They are very sturdy and I have no concerns about the hard part of the wheel. I would have rated them higher earlier on.I don't use them constantly, and I noticed that the seam on the smaller two wheels is failing. Comparing to the largest wheel, which is fine, I think the mat mataterial wasn't cut quite right and now that the glue has become brittle (that's natural/expected for any adhesive over time) it's separating. 😕If you're an active yogi and put these wheels through a lot of regular use, I'm really not sure how the mat part will hold up. I can still use them for now, but I wonder how long until they start peeling up.

Compre el producto por dolores de espalda y cuando los use quede maravillada de lo agradable que se siente usarlo. Sus tres permiten que no importe la estatura solo el equilibrio al momento de practicar yoga con las ruedas o un ligero masaje a la espalda. Se los recomiendo, en especial a las personas como yo que estamos mucho tiempo sentados frente a una computadora.

El producto en si es fantástico; solo que incluyen una promoción para recibir un regalo y termina no funcionando por que lo compraste en amazon México aunque tengas vivienda en USA

These things are awesome, I was originally looking to get the chirp wheels but I saw a fair number of negative reviews concerning delivery and customer service. These ones are just as good in my opinion and have really helped my sore back from sitting at a desk. My whole family loves using them!
