This was not as advertised. The drum was correct, however the toner cartridges were the wrong ones and completely unusable. No where on package was there a contact number. Disappointed and will not purchase from here again.

The drum fits into the Brother printer the same as the original Brother drum.. However, the print on right side of each page with this replacement drum becomes too light to be readable. Print on the rest of the page is normal but without ability to read the entire print on a page, the replacement drum, while cheaper than the drum sold by Brother, is defective and useless.. An error message on the Brother printer also continually reads " replace drum". I have had good results with non-Brother toners but this non-Brother replacement drum is useless unless you only want to be able to read 2/3 of each page. Save you time and buy a drum from some other non-Brother seller or buy a genuine Brother replacement drum if you want a print out for a readable entire page.

The toner was fine, but the drum didn't initaly work. I took it in/out a couple times and it must have seated correct. Now it works good.

Started off ok, but quickly started to print poorly. So I threw in a Brother Branded toner cartridge, and it’s “banging” every time it prints now. I also tried a different “off brand”, and the same thing happened. So my guess, is the drum only works with their own cartridges. So that’s poor in my view.

I have a personal printer in my classroom that I use a lot. I have to change the drum after about two toner cartridges it seems. This price is unbeatable for a teacher on a budget. I am so glad I have this option when I need to restock.

Don't but this, save yourself the effort and the bad taste!I received this and immediately started to use. Drum keept saying REPLACE DRUM, so I had to order another one. I thought maybe I will return it later (which my time passed, now it's too late) and when I missed the timeline I thought: "ok, at least I got a good price for the toner" What a rip off. about 100 pages printed and the prints are already awful, and message REPLACE TONER, I had to change for a new one... So, at the end what I paid was a total waste, couldn't use neither the drum or the toner, argh!! ..... I am going back to JARBO, their cartridges always work well and customer service is very good too!!
