This does exactly what it says it's good for it's a grown man product.

They are a bit expensive in my opinion. Probably worth it though, but if you take ongoing it really adds up.

At first I only took half the suggested serving size - just one a day. I still noticed a boost in overall mood and energy. No ill side effects at all. I found that two at once is too much for me personally and can cause some jitters and anxiety for those who are already prone to that sort of thing, but I can take two a day if I space them out, which I do occasionally when I know I'll be working out both morning and night. I can't speak to any change in libido or that kind of performance though, but then again I wasn't looking for or needing that advertised perk. It is pricey, but if only taken once a day most days instead of twice, a single bottle lasts long enough to make it seem not so bad.

Worth every penny, really ups your performance and time in the bedroom. Also provides great energy for daily workouts. I take one in the morning and 1 around 5 pm or about an hour before I go to see my girlfriend, killer results.

Don't buy.

Does not enhance anything for me.
