Good 4in chain saw
This is a good little chain saw. It’s only 4in cordless, meaning that it uses rechargeable batteries, 2 - 24 volt actually included and they are 24volt, I checked them. Others that claim 36v are actually 21v. After it arrived, I thought it was too small and put in for a return. With 30 days to send it back, I thought I would use it for 30 days and send it back. It worked very well and I did a lot of cutting including 5in crepe myrtle trunks. Not the hardest wood around, but I would assume it would do harder wood. Real breeze with 2-3 in limbs. I used it for 30-40 minutes at a time and changed batteries although the first one had not run down. Power was good throughout. Yes, like all chainsaws it must be oiled and of course it doesn’t have an automatic oiler. No room to put one in such a small piece of equipment, and only $69. I got a small pump hand sanitizer bottle and filled it with chain oil and it works well, oiling the chain now and then. Storage case is nice and all pieces fit nicely back in. Of course the chain lengthens as it heats up and all u have to do is tighten it up with the included wrench. Should loosen chain up after use so as to not stretch it. Cover gets a little wear, but no big deal. Never overheated or stopped. Instructions on how to sharpen chain are included, but not sure I have tools small enough to do it. After 30 days of hard use chain is still sharp and with 4 chains, they will probably be sharp longer than the saw lasts. Also if u are left handed and grip the handle just right the safety button will push in and it works great. Easy to use with one hand. I did contact the resaler and manufacturer re parts and warranty but responses were automatic and non helpful. There is a warranty page, but it says if I wear it out I will have to pay for repair. For $69, just get another or different one. Manuel is done by a chinaman or woman with broken English, but still understandable. No info on how the warranty will be serviced or who u can contact. Last sentence says warranty is only good in China. So, although it worked well and I got a lot of wood cut and it still seems to be fine, I felt bad about returning it, so I packed it neatly in the nice little case and stored it in a cabinet. Gloves are ok, but I used my own. Safety glasses are good and lenses are very clear. There are a 1000 different ones of these on Amazon, and u can try them out for 30 days until u find one that U like, but I was impressed with this one and will keep it. Most of this stuff is cheap chinese junk, marked up by US resaler, and sold to us on Amazon, and u can’t really expect a lot, but this seems to be a nice little product.

Great little saw
Works better than expected. Cuts trees up to 6 inches. Uses one hand. At 81, I can't handle my big Stihl anymore.

Putting the blade on is hard for me. But it's a great little saw!
The little saw is great for little trees and Shrubs and things a lopper may be hard to use on. An older person may not have the strength or power to be able to chop with loppers anymore. So that's one reason I bought this for myself. I was a bit disappointed the first day I used it when a bolt fell off, but I luckily had a replacement in my garage to fix it. But it does come with EVERYTHING. Gloves, safety glasses, chain oil, 2 batteries, charger, 4 X chains and 2 sizes of "blades" to put them on. There's a mini screwdriver and a booklet...pretty much anything you need to work on the chain saw. The only gripe I have is? For me, as an older person I have struggled to get the chains on . And to get them just tight enough (not too tight, not too loose). And you HAVE to get the chains on in the right direction or IT WILL NOT CUT!. I learned the hard way on that one. I struggled to get the chain on, oiled it, and then took it outdoors to cut and it wouldn't cut! I had the chain on backward. But it does have great power for such a little saw. But you do have to keep it cleaned and oiled. And for small jobs like cutting shrubbery? IT works great. I cut two or three branches off some shrubbery with ease. This isn't to cut huge trees down y'all. LOL. Don't be trying to be a lumberjack now . Oh and because I liked this one? My mama got one too. (and she's lots older than me).

Fantastic saw! Cuts better than any battery saw I have. Light weight, easy to handle and the battery life is great.

Great chain saw.
You get much more for your dollar with this chain saw. Multiple blades and batteries are included with this saw. The saw works well, has a lot of power and self lubricating. Two thumbs up!

Great Tool for yardwork.
My brother has one of these and he recommended it. We live in Hawaii and have many trees and bushes to trim all year round. I was using a hand clipper and it would take so long to trim. After receiving this handy saw, my time was cut in half, at least! It is lightweight (I'm a fit 67 year old woman) and easy to handle. Easy to hold on to and cuts like "butter", quickly and smooth, even the thicker branches. I have not had to change out the chain yet, but it is very sharp and this is just what I needed!!! Great price point too for such a functionable tool.

Great product
I finally had a chance to use this absolutely marvelous product. It is easy to handle, and the battery really does last. I love that it comes with the 2 batteries, extra chains and the great carry case. The only thing I think that could enhance the overall convenience of this package would be to include a small container of the bar oil.

No replacement batteries available
Defective batteries. In this photo, you see a cord coming from an electrical outlet that needs to plug in to a battery for charging. The silver-tipped female post will not go into the male charging port of the battery. Vendor said they don't have replacement batteries so they could give me a partial refund for me to buy locally. I cannot shop locally, so pls advise compatible Amazon part # so I can order some. Or ship me an entire replacement package. Vendor could not determine parts on Amazon. I want full refund; then I'll buy a chainsaw that Amazon shows extra parts are available.
