It works! But corn? Sugars? And obvious package branding.
Bf got me these as a gag gift (ha!) but it really works!! Eat it daily now despite not being sure if daily corn base is otherwise good for me. Maybe they'll come up with a non corn base sometime... the psyllium husk is the active ingredient, I imagine. But these fiber stars are tasty, unlike trying to gulp down psyllium husk powder or pills! Also, the packaging is NOT subtle. The title is obvious, sure. It even looks like one of the characters on the front of this one might be leaking milk out the back due to placement. Not sure if that one is intentional, but once you see it, it can't be unseen. You are forewarned, before more conservative breakfast guests see it! (The box *will* spark conversation. Fun if you have a sense of humor. Less if someone doesn't. ;) I will say I end up mixing the plain with a flavored to cut the sugar while still having a little taste. Or do plain with a low sugar granola. It would be great if they could cut the sugar more for a lightly sweetened flavor version for better health. YMMV.

Happy Gut!
My daily meal planning centers around gluten free foods highest in fiber, calcium and protein content but found it difficult to consume enough fruits & veggs in a day to reach all those RDA goals. So I supplement. This cereal offers more fiber per serving/volume than any other food or gluten free cereal I’ve come across. Win! Texture is hard and coarse with a dull taste, as expected, and is similar to fiber one cereal. I don’t mind because taste is temporary! Comparing the benefits to the “consumer” cons, the box is small but insignificant to me because this is certified non-gmo, is a much needed addition to my gluten free diet and is SO CONVENIENT! The low protein content can be offset by adding it to yogurt, giving it a nice little crunch and there’s only 2gm of simple sugar/serving. No cons for me! They do mean serious business here, so take it slow, gradually increasing each week to allow the body to adjust! Trust me on this! I do wish they would bring back the chocolate! My search is over, gut is happy and I’m finally reaching my RDA goals!

NEVER AGAIN!!!!
It didn't work for me. I didn't like the taste. I had to put honey on it to eat it. And I didn't like that it had a warning label on the cereal box that read that it could cause CANCER!!! 😲🙀

Good but doesn't work
It tastes really really good esp in chocolate almond milk (I got the cinnamon flavor) however the cereal doesn't really do anything. I have severe ibs that fluctuates between diarrhea prominent and constipation prominent and other than the medications I'm on, my Dr also said to increase fiber intake and take probiotics. The box is tiny, however the portion is also tiny too, 1/3 of a cup to be specific. And that 1/3 of a cup has 19G of fiber in it. The goal is 28-30 grams per day of fiber so that's a lot for one small portion of cereal. But so far after a few times eating it, I haven't noticed any changes. Perhaps I'll try eating 2 doses in one day to see if it's helpful? It tastes really good tho but the price is wild omg.

If you find it difficult to get the correct fiber in this cereal, does it.
Very tasty high fiber cereal. I only use a quarter of a cup a day along with Fiber One. Make sure you drink plenty of fluids with it during the day. The only downside is that it is VERY expensive. If you can to stretch it out, use it every other day. Unfortunately I must use it almost everyday.

Gets the job done
I had to go gluten free about a year ago and was having difficulty finding a cereal with a higher fiber content. This has been a game changer. This isn’t a cereal that I use as a tasty sweet snack, but it does the job. The key is to pimp it up with fruit, yogurt, nuts whatever you enjoy. It’s completely fine with whatever you choose to accessorize it with and most importantly, gets the job done.
