Great addition to any bedroom, beginner or advanced. The clips are adjustable, so your partner won't be in too much pain if they're shy. My only warning is BE CAREFUL not to lose the rubber ends (unless you're very advanced and like the pain ;) ), they slide off easily, but can be glued! My girlfriend is very small (5') and this worked great, I'm not sure if the length would suit very tall people; definitely check measurements first.

Adjustable. Could control the pressure so it was pleasure only, not painful. Held fairly well.
