Neoprene Waist Trainer for Women, Corset Sauna Sweat Workout Waist Trimmer Belt

I love this product ! I’m in a size medium/ large in shirts and decided to go with a size large waist trainer band just to be sure. I weight 169 pounds at 5’1. I was right at the nose on this one because, It fits perfect ! There are 3 different clamps on your band including a zipper to zip up the waist trainer an tighten. You have a additional small little band to tighten your waist trainer which I love because it keeps everything in place. I usually wear it around the house all of the time an I use it to work out. This is a great buy. I suggest in getting a size up ! I could of went with a extra large but, I will do with the large that I have received.

I’m 220lbs, 5’4, curvy, small in my waistI ordered a XXL, I didn’t think it would fit but it did! It’s snug but in a good way, and it’s very comfortable.The bra-like hooks leaves room for your improvement so even if you lose inches around your waist, you don’t have to keep buying a waist trainer until you gone down a full size or so!What I like most about the waist trainer is that it has hooks, a zipper, and a Velcro strap so you’re extra secure and it definitely help to focus tightness into your desired hourglass figure.

I wore this today during my leg workout and didn't have any issues with it. I really love the fit of it. I am 5'3" 145lbs and I ordered a medium. I'd say I am an athletic pear shape so I tend to have issues with tops/waist trainers rolling up from the wideness of my hips. This fit snug and has fixed seems running the length of it that helps keep it in place. I like the way this runs the length of my torso to the top of my actual hip line. It has four sets of hook latches beneath the zipper that also help to keep in it place which I appreciate. I didn't give 5 stars because it's advertised as an athletic waist trainer but it doesn't have the insulated interior like other belts I have used. essentially it is just an additional layer of snug fitting clothing. I didn't realize that when I purchased it but the fit in itself is enough that I will be keeping it and using it. Even without an insulated lining to increase sweat I still got a good burn out of it and it was soaked at the end of my workout.

I replaced my all sauna belt with this one. I had it to return it because they run really small and the their size chart isn't accurate. My old one was M/L and I was wearing it on the 2nd zipper. These one is 2X and I'm wearing on the first set of hooks. I like the material, it's really soft and it make me sweat but not like my old one. I have to wear the top part on top of my sport bra because it's long. I was used to the one with a zipper and these one has a lot of hooks and I don't like it. I kept it because the material is good quality and comfortable. I gave it 3 stars because I have to put it in front of a mirror to make sure I'm not skipping any hooks

First things first. I have a long torso. I mean nothing is ever long enough on me and the things fits from just under my chest, down to my hips. I would caution people with short torsos to try a different style. I bought the black size medium. I chose the style with hook and eye. Not zipper. As for sizing. Choose carefully. I have a 31 in waist. (I'm 2month post partum with baby #3) I got a medium knowing it was going to be tight. But I have a lot of extra skin and soft fat to squish. I'm on the last hooks and should be able to go down to the lower ones in a few weeks. I also have small bone and a smaller rib cage. ( I'm 5'5 165. 34G) So if you are in between sizes and have big bones and a wider rib cage, you should go with the size chart. If you have smaller bones and are squishy size down.Update: I've worn this for 3 weeks now and it has stretched out quite a bit. I still love it. But it has lost its "cinching" ability. I went down to the smallest hooks. Even though my waist has not gotten any smaller. So before you size down. Measure your waist. Now it is more of just a nice sweat band.

So to preface, I don’t write reviews. I actually think this is my first one ever. Anyways, I did a bunch of research before I finally ordered a waist trainer & I’m extremely happy with my purchase. One of the concerns I had was it being too short, I have owned them in the past and they never seemed to fully cover my lower stomach, this one does (For reference purposes I’m 5’7)! I purchased the hook eye option and fair warning, getting those hooks done takes work. Worth it though because you have the option to size down. I also read on other product reviews that the outside band that goes around the waist is pointless. Not the case with this one, it offers the ability to further tighten the trainer. Another thing I really like is that it’s not bulky & doesn’t leave weird fat bulging out of the top of bottom. Although I haven’t, I believe this could be discretely worn under normal clothes (Meaning not gym clothes) if they weren’t skin tight. However, if you’re looking for something to wear under a body con dress, this isn’t it. I think you would see the waist strap, but no biggie for me because I didn’t buy it for that purpose. I didn’t use the size chart when I ordered. I’m a size 8 and usually wear medium, so I went with that. I highly recommend this product, and will order again when I wear it out!

So I have been wearing this waist trainer every day for about 7 days now. I workout for an average of 30 minutes a day and keep the trainer on for at least 2 hours everyday. I also watch what i eat. I have lost an entire of my waist. My favorite thing about this trainer is that when i am dressed you cannot tell that i have it on. I have worn leggings and a white t to run to the supermarket and no one noticed. Will post a pic. Also i love that the one that i purchased has hooks, zipper and the velcro. No the bad news: i have a 10 year old, so i have a pooch. While the waist trainer does go all the way down to cover the pooch. The velcro strap does not. Also after a few wears i noticed the strap is bunching up and I have to keep pulling it down. That is very annoying. I think i am ready to size down. Will keep you all posted.
