This will not fit a size 14 boot. It will fit a smaller men's shoe or ladies footwear just fine. For the cost, it works. You can try using two covers (front/back) to create a larger cover or get said person to remove shoes.

The foot covers are great to put on over shoes or boots when you have to come into the house while working outside. No more clumps of mud or dirt tracked throughout!!

Good value for your money. The covers will rip with extended use, so not amazing quality. But for a one time use they work well.
