Used to be a great product!
I have ordered this product many, many times in the past and enjoyed having them as my start of the day meal. When shipped from the bakery itself they arrived quickly and were packaged in the original paper sleeve. The recipe changed for the worse last year but it seemed to have been changed back to a closer copy of the original after several months of customer complaints. My last two orders were shipped from a middle man and were inedible. The taste had moved back towards the “failed recipe” and they were packaged in a box with a type of cellophane sleeve. The cakes were stuck to the paper wrapper. Why do companies think change is better? This has been an example of a great product being changed into a failing product. I am extremely disappointed and am now hunting for a new breakfast item.

Question about Carbs
I LOVE all these products, but I'm confused about their CARB count. The package on the Lemon cake says 9 carbs on the Nutritional list, but on the outside of package it says ZERO carbs. Then, it lists calories, starch and sugar, fiber and protein. Why doesn't it say NET CARBS- 0 ? I'm on Atkins diet and need the carbs to count for each day's limit. SO, does anyone know if the Carb count is ZERO? Please answer. Thank you.

Among the best of the products for this market
For a keto diet, this snack cake has good taste and surprisingly light and airy texture, but the macros could be better. The company needs to incorporate either sour cream or cream cheese so the cakes are moister but also have a higher fat content. The lemon is best, the chocolate is boring, the raspberry cream has a slightly artificial or metallic taste but is still good and reasonably convincing.I hope they consider making a vanilla or pound cake version in the future.

Best Keto baked product ever!
Though they are quite expensive, they are hands down the absolutely BEST baked keto product I've ever tasted! The consistency is exactly like a cupcake and the lemon flavor was excellent. After trying so many almond or coconut flour products, this beats them hands down.Due to the expense, best to save for special treats. I just wish I could replicate the recipe at home.UPDATE 1/20/2020: After purchasing one of the ingredients that is used in these cupcakes (Corn Fiber) to use for home baking (Keto), I realized why they are so pricey - Corn and Oat Fibers are quite expensive as well as the sweeteners used in place of sugar. Therefore, the price that they charge for the product is not unrealistic considering the cost of the ingredients. Still, they are certainly worth it to have for a special treat.
