The Hikari Miso additive-free stuck have 750g

This miso paste is mild but very flavourful. I’ve been using it for many years in Japan before I came to the U.S. There are many different types of miso to choose for your liking but this one can be a good starter for any dish that uses miso paste.

This brand and style of miso is great and have ordered it multiple times. Unfortunately, this time the package was delivered damages, the plastic shrink wrap on the lid was broken, the foil cover was unsealed, and miso was smooshed out of the container. It smelled stronger than usual and the color was off. Hate to waste it but not trusting it. Sadly, being a food item cannot do a return or get a replacement. :(

I’m from Japan. This is my usual go-to miso paste for cooking (sometimes I use red miso paste depending on the dish). Tastes like normal good miso and easy to use.Works well for simple dish like miso-soup to miso-nabe. I’ve never had trouble with leaking…etc. If you don’t use it often, I recommend keeping it in freezer to make it last longer!

Product arrived as expected. The only complaint is the plastic container dented on one side. I would prefer no dent but it is ok.

Most Miso these days is made with GMO soybeans. It’s awesome to be able to find such delicious, high quality miso at such a great price. My Japanese wife approves 🎌

This should have been sent refrigerated. What a waste of money. Don’t buy from here. It won’t last.

Great taste, fresh. Easy to use container. Keep in refrigerator once opened. Will buy again.

Great product but found it more expensive than the asian store! Still good if you dont want to drive there to get it!
