This is a pretty comprehensive introduction to cigars and cigar smoking.There's a amble amount of background material.It is, however, clear that the book is written from an American point of view.The rest of us get quite a bit of useless information (e.g. on how to buy Cuban cigars).A more international perspective would be appreciated.

Very thorough and detailed, right from how to light a cigar, to how cigars are made. I have read other useful complete idiot's guides (such as the one on digital photography) and this book did not disappoint. I learned a lot about pretty much everything to do with cigars. Highly recommended!

O livro é muito bem escrito e com bastante detalhes e informações tanto para os novatos no mundo dos charutos quanto para os mais experientes. Vale muito a pena!
