Good one. It gets heated up in 3-4 minutes. Serves the purpose.I am quite happy with the purchase.Quite helpful for menstrual cramps and other body aches. It takes time for the product to cool down. This product is better than the regular hot water bags, no hassle of heating the water and filling it . The gel heats up very quickly,less time consuming as compared to the regular hot water bags. Deserves 5 stars.

When I ordered this product I hadn’t thought it would be this good! The quality is really good and once you heat it, it stays for a long time. Very convenient to use and takes only less time to heat up.

I'm re-editing my review once again not for the product but because of the seller. The seller sent a new product at free of cost after my disappointed review with the first piece I recieved. The initial product is now defunct and I hardly used it for a month. I appreciate the loyality and genuineness of the seller towards their customers. But, please manufacture good quality cables as they seem to be very brittle and low quality. I'll explore their other products too.

The pin of the wire stopped working only in 4-5 months.. I have to hold it in the plug tight continuously for the bag to heat.. If I leave the connection is lost. Once heated it is good to use but if you're already in pain you cannot really keep on holding the pin in the plug. Loses the whole point of the item. Very disappointed.

Product is very good, also value for money, but dont know its long lastingness.. I purchased this product just before some days..
