My water bottle is leaking, is that normal?

It does leak a bit, but that does not concern me because I don't carry it around in a backpack to where it would be a problem, I just set it on the counter and only leaks really when I take a drink of it and tip it a little bit.

The filter will last for 640 refills of Municipal Tap Water Or 160 refills of Raw and Untreated Water, so if you fill it twice a day with tap water it would need changed after about 320 days. Change after 80 days If you’re filtering water from rivers and other untreated sources.

After cleaning the filter with a little chlorine in water, the filter was air dried but still smells like chlorine. Is there any way to fix this?

I’ve NEVER cleaned my filters with anything. You simply rub the charcoal filters with a paper towel or sponge lightly to unclog the pores in filter, rinse and refill.
