EDITED TO ADD:**The company, to their credit, sent us a replacement stair before we had even contacted them ourselves outside of this review. Which we thought was a move of integrity as we tabled that project in favor of others to deal with later. Very grateful to them for that and we changed our star rating higher but did leave the original review up for anyone who might want to just start with better hardware at the beginning. The stairs themselves are great quality otherwise and you can’t really beat the price. I think we would buy these again in future if needed as well.**THANK YOU!The screws for the stairs are basically made of play dough. We were breaking them by hand screwing them in which shouldn’t be possible. One stair (pictured) was absolutely rendered unusable as 3 of the 4 support screws ALL snapped off. You can’t adjust the support and have the rail look right so we will need a replacement from the seller and had to go hunt down actual quality hardware from the local hardware store to get these stairs to work.We are currently trying to figure it out and have no way of getting upstairs without missing steps.

Very nice spiral stairs, works perfect for our space and I like the look. Not very easy to set up, and we had to open new wholes on the wood because won’t give you much openings between steps. The railing is a little bit hard to install and you need a heat gun to get flexibility, but be carful because can burn easy.

It's good as what I did , but the hand rail is tough but you can use heat gun when you install
