I have used this medicine for about 3 weeks now, it seems to work. I feel calmer and my anxiety is manageable. It does not seem to be addictive. Never know the long term side effects of these ayurvedic medicines, but it is doing the job as described. Worth a try!

Ya..this is good..slowly it's changes mood day by day..I was stressed of my work and personal problems 😓 but this helped me to lower stress..Total experience frm tablet -1st day when I taken I started loosing weight /muscles 2nd day I feel like to sleep but still can't sleep but could concentrate on work...3rd day my stress got much lower then before I used to take..I hope slowly it will improve my all moods.So day by day it's improving my mood...Disadvantage is You will loose some sort of energy during medication better u take shilajith too if u want to do some heavy work before 1 hr of any heavy work.This is actually very good product never thought herbal product would be so effective..Thanks Amazon too for very quick delivery.Will buy again if needed after this..
