I got these for my parents who are in their 80s. Its hard to get them to take lots of different vitamins and these seem pretty high quality. Unfortunately they sent a smaller bottle for the price of a larger bottle 😐

I was looking for a supplement which has recommended minerals and vitamins for a senior . I wanted something with no iron ( binds me up ) and no calcium .. which can do the same. I get a lot of calcium a day thru my food .. yogurt, almond milk , kale , etc My blood tests say I have plenty of calcium and iron. These pills are easy to take … doesn’t upset my stomach. I take one in the morning . Value for the money is good since you only take one a day I highly recommend!
