I find that this turmeric is great and take it daily. It has anti septic properties that originated in India. A great daily addition to your food!

I have read that turmeric is good for cancer sufferers of which I am one. I don't know if it will work but it's an easy thing to try so who knows... I am also having adjuvant treatment involving chemotherapy atm and probably radiotherapy later. Best not to rely on one thing as we know that both of those work.

I have suffered with knee pains for more than 20 years and a friend recommended trying turmeric. Total game changer! I can now be active and enjoy my life again in ways I had thought I would never get back to. The Solgar brand is more expensive than others but does work better so value for money I feel. I take one capsule a day with about 8 whole black peppercorns and I advise anyone suffering with joint pains to do the same - takes a couple of weeks to feel the benefit but do stick with it.

I just take one per day. Previously i took 2 per day but same overall dosage. Think the two spacing them out helped by stomach problems better.

I love the Solgar brand. They are the most reliable brand - the supplements work the same way every time, unlike some other brands. And they have a good reputation across the internet. I had my Dad, 91, on Turmeric hoping it would help with his arthritis. I think it helped some - but not sure. The surprising effect of Turmeric I noticed after he quit taking his inhaler for his COPD. I argued and argued and finally let him win, thinking in about week we'd get him back on it because he would be couging so hard. Funny thing was the cough never came back, at least not in the same intensity. He coughs some but nothing major. And I attribute it to the Turmeric. We've been on and off his inhaler multiple times and each time he's gone back to it because the cough got so bad. It's been almost 2 months now....no more inhaler!!

When I opened the vitamins there was a " pop" sound. Never happened before. I reached out to the manufacturer but they do not reply

No more talk of surgery and I'm wearing all of my cute shoes without any pain, even dancing in my heels! Before taking Solgar Turmeric I wore only wooden clogs as my doctor suggested. I tell everyone that will listen! As a side note, it's greatly improved my attitude and I'm more upbeat too.
