It has noticeably improved my grip strength and my ability to control my core during rotating movements, which translates really well to jiu jitsu and grappling. One of my favorite things about it is how versatile it is. I can wrap it around a pole at the park, use it in my backyard, or attach it to a small anchor hook and train in almost any room of my house. It’s easy to set up, portable, and doesn’t take up much space. I’m already feeling real gains, and it’s become a regular part of my training routine. Awesome product. Been using for a couple weeks now weather to work on grip strength, judo techniques, and even some guard retention drills. The bands are very thick and durable I am enjoying my time with them very much.
