Broil/Roast Pan Set, 12 inches, One Color

I had one of these for years but recently lost the top tray. I found it perfect for broiling one or two persons. Back in the day my stove came with a huge broiler pan which was fine for a family but unwieldy for me as one person. My daughter was visiting and saw me using the bottom pan and commented about the handy size. I told her it was actually a broiler pan without the top part. She liked the idea so much I looked on Amazon, thinking I’d buy one for her and a replacement for me. I didn’t expect to find an exact match since my original one was probably 30 years old. But there it was. When they arrived they matched the old one perfectly. The box says they are made in Taiwan.

Great quality. Small enough, when broiling just one steak 🥩 or two pork chops.

These pans are great, keeps food up out of grease & such. Usually place approximately 1/4 inch water in bottom of pan, place meat on top layer & pop into oven. Helps keep meat moist while baking.

Perfect for a small toaster oven. Great value for a stainless steel broiler (pan). It cleaned up easily after baking and broiling. I'm so glad I searched Amazon and came up with this. I don't know why other reviewers complained about food burning and/or sticking to this pan. I have used it several times in the short few days I've owned this and couldn't be happier. Bottom line...I definitely recommend this.

Great little broiler pan. I had another one just like it and lost it when we moved. Perfect size for a family meatloaf. Drains all the grease away to the bottom pan. Cleans up like new, fits in the dishwasher. Sturdy but lightweight.

Love these smaller pans. Perfect for one person. Nice to not have to drag out the giant broiler pan.

I used the broiler rack to broil a pork tenderloin. Results were delicious but the rack was just as broiled as the food. I soaked the broiled-on debris overnight but still had to pry off every speck of burned-on meat and sauce. The dishwasher removed uncooked grease, of course, but did not budge the cooked-on juice and sauce. In addition, the rack sits rather loosely on the pan below, and could easily be slid off to spill everything. Shopping for a replacement.

I was happy to receive this today and am very impressed by the quality of the product. It is durable stainless and the broiler sheet is intelligently designed and fits neatly in the lower pan. I have searched for a long time for a pan and finally found this one.
