OnePlus Buds Z2 - Wireless Noise-Cancelling Headphones with up to 38 Hours of Battery Life and Dolby Atmos Support - Pearl White (Renewed)

I bought this on sale for around £70 which I think was a decent price to pay for it. It works seamlessly with my OnePlus phone instantly connecting when I pull the headphones out of the case. The sound I find is better with noise cancelling on - same thing I found when using my more expensive and larger sony 1000XM3 headphones. The earphones fit fine in my ears. I found the left one fell out a few times but switching with the bigger earbud coverings solved the issue. The casing is great - the earphones sit in the case magnetically. The case itself is light and fairly compact - would comfortably fit in even a small pocket. The sound is okay - bass of course is not great but it does its best to provide some bass despite its small size.

I bought a OnePlus Nord 2 to replace my Huawei Honor 10, which was starting to show signs of ageing, and these earbuds came recommended as a bundle with the phone. After doing a little bit of digging, I found that these earbuds only really come with full functionality when paired with the rest of the OnePlus ecosystem. The soundstage is pretty great for a pair of buds >£100 and the active noise cancelling makes even the loudest of rooms almost inaudible. Touch controls on the buds are pretty handy too for when you don't want to take your phone out of your pocket to use manual controls. I've typically always been an over-the-ear or on-the-ear kinda guy for bluetooth music as, prior to this, I couldn't ever really get behind the idea of stuffing the soft plug into my ear. But I'm a changed man, these fit comfortably with the medium plugs with minimal need to adjust them as I go, unless I'm chewing or talking with them in as my jaw sits quite close to my ears. They come provided with a nice little charging case, an extra set of small and large plugs for the perfect fit, and a USB-A to USB Type C connector for charging. The buds go for around 4 hours of battery life and fully recharge in the case in around 20 minutes. The case holds around 4 charges so you'll be hard-pressed to need to charge the buds and the case in one journey. Overall, very satisfied, but definitely shop around at a higher price point if you don't have a OnePlus phone or you're very picky about your sound quality.

I got these while they were bundled with the One Plus Nord 2T during a sale and i can say without a doubt that they are a pretty decent pair of buds. If being used in with a one plus product that is from 2022 onwards, you will have access to advanced equalizer settings allowing for you to properly maximize the sound quality. That being said i wouldn't expect anything spectacular. they are ear buds not headphones. But with everything tweaked to the best that can be or using the "Bold" featured sound master EQ. You're looking at acceptable low end, Superb mid range and above average high end in audio frequency range. if being paired to anything other than a one plus phone i dont think youl get access to these advanced sound profiles or equalizer settings. So youre either stuck with the stock option or you can download a equalizer app. The basic standard sound profile is just underwhelming to say the least Lastly the ear fitted plugs that go on the buds for me dont fit very well during all circumstances. ive tried all options and no matter which size i put in i cant quite get them to fit snuggly. it very much seems like its intended for use while youre multitasking or when youre at the gym.

Had this set for more than one year. Works perfectly, sounds is amazing and really comfy. Battery last a long time and charges super fast. Worked perfectly with my Samsung! The design is nice and slick. Really reccomend it!

Not a bad word to say about the noise cancellation or sound quality, both spot on. The battery life of the headphones themselves is fine, I wouldn't say they last 7hrs of full use but they can last me a full 9hr work day if I charge them on my 30min lunch break. Battery in the case seems very good, can go a good week without needing to charge the case. I have noticed the controls on the headphones (tap to pause, double tap to skip etc) can be a bit dodgy - it can think I've only pressed it once when I've pressed it twice or think I've held it down rather than just tapped it. This is fairly rare, 90% of the time it's fine. There is no volume control on the headphones so you have to use your phone/laptop if you want to change the volume - I knew this when I was buying them and it didn't matter to me but aware this might be important to some. Microphone is clear, I make calls with the headphones in with no issues which I would never do with my old headphones. Would definitely recommend them or buy again

So far, the earbuds are great. The tapping feature on the buds works well, and I believe you are supposed to be able to program the tap too, which I will try to do. The noise cancellation is pretty good. I can still hear some of the ambient noise on a packed, noisy bus during rush hour but I can hear the songs clearly. Pairing the buds to my phone, a OnePlus Nord CE 2, was not as simple as the instructions provided indicated. A quick YouTube search later, they paired with the phone. I would recommend these ESPECIALLY as they are discounted at time of review.

Great product, good value for noise cancelling (at £60). Very comfortable snug fit, limited ear fatigue, which is admittedly a bit subjective. Easy to set up and great sound. A no brainer if using a reasonably up to date OnePlus phone.

I wasnt after anything fancy, bought these refurbished. I have a Oneplus phone as well, so these connect automatically when bluetooth switches on. Nice small case, ear buds charging while in the case (just dont forget to charge the case itself) They keep the outside noise out even when music not on. Obviously not completely but you can feel the difference So far happy with these, just wish playing time was a bit longer...or maybe the time passes too fast when music plays! They do recharge quickly if you pop them back in the case for 10-15min Come with different size ear plugs I also like these are not too sensitive to touch and you dont get disconnected if you accidentally touch them, you have to either take one out of your ear or tap it in the middle for the music to stop playing So far noone complained that they hear my music when these are on, so im quite happy with these, but only had them for two weeks
