Bought this for a friend, liked it so much I kept it and had to order another.

Arrived in smashed! I like the overall look of this item in the photos but being thin glass this had no chance of survival especially when it was delivered with no external packaging to protect the item.

Really liked the look of this decanter. Bought as a gift. Arrived quickly but not packed or protected, just as if it had been picked off a shelf and address label stuck on - really?? Hence when left on the doorstep I picked it up and it rattled. Glass was shattered. Returned immediately and refund received quickly.Ordered from somewhere else, arrived properly packed. Lovely item.
