This is exactly what I wanted for my hand embroidery projects. It has the same look and feel as the fabrics you’d receive in any of the embroidery kits. Very happy after trying out and returning multiple products. I’ll be purchasing more.

This is a good heavyweight fabric for embroidery. I purchased it for classes and samples, and for those purposes, it will work well. However, there are some things about it that would preclude me from using it for nice projects: 1) The piece is narrow, so it’s not good for larger projects or ones requiring framing; 2) the fabric contains occasional colored-thread inclusions (pink, yellow, blue); and 3) the fabric creases pretty badly when it is pre-washed, and even steam pressing on cotton setting doesn’t entirely remove the creases.

I used this to remake a wedding gift for a dear friend of mine. I had used a different fabric for the first one (ruined by user error), but this fabric was perfect. A good thickness for working with the stabilizer, held the designs beautifully. I will be ordering again.

It is just what I need and being a sewer, I washed it immediately to prevent shrinkage problems. Will be using it for an embroidery piece to frame.

Absolutely just what I was looking for. Quality seems great! Definitely on par with or better than the material I've gotten in embroidery kits. No stains or blemishes. Weave is tight and small. Took a picture of the whole piece across my full-size bed to show scale. Will get a bunch of projects out of this! Update: Heads up, it shrinks! I use water-erasable pens to draw my designs, and I recently discovered that when I rinse it out and let it dry, the material shrinks. You can see in my photos an unwashed square of fabric next to one that's been stitched and washed (originally they were both the same size). One side (not both) shrank about 5/8 of an inch. This being cotton, I should have expected that, so I'm not removing any stars. (It's still a pleasure to stitch on!) Just wanted to forewarn others that this may happen to them as well.

This fabric is sturdy yet it's not hard to get the needle through. Easy to get onto the embroidery hoop. This is the best embroidery fabric I've found so far.

I was searching high and low for a good fabric to embroider with and this is it. It is very strong and sturdy and easy to work with. I would highly recommend. It also is thin enough that you're able to trace a design through it.
