Poor workmanship
I think poor workmanship just like the other guy had said you got tighten all the screws up all those screws were loose not snug plus it's missing the vacuum port to run a charcoal canisters doesn't have that so it's not OEM carburetor it's missing a couple other vacuum ports as well
