Great tools for learning
We ordered these cards to work alongside cards we made on our own. These cards are color-coded by noun, adjective, etc., which is helpful for the child who is also learning sentence structure. We purcahsed these for my stepdaughter who is struggling with sight words in kindergarten. This provides a very visible, very easy to follow method for her to learn her words. I taught preschool previously and had always made my own sight word cards (gotta be budget friendly!), but I wish I would have purchased these sooner for my classroom too. They are practical, offer a variety of uses, and are a good quality product. If you're looking for that little extra help for your child or classroom, these certainly provide it. My stepdaughter loves to pick her color of the day to work on (we let her have some "control" in it), and she's showing signs of improvement already. We purchased the word wall chart as well, highly recommend both.

Great educational tool! Well made, vibrant colors and fun for little ones.
I love these, and so do my children! I purachsed this along with the wall organizer for them. This box has a great selection of sight words, and with the wall organizer, it's a great education tool and resource to teach children how to read. Having the words on the wall until the children know them inside and out also helps. It's much better than pulling the box out to use them only during teaching. Keeping them on the wall allows the littles ones to constantly see them. My children really enjoy putting new words into the slots, and pulling old words out. This is a great resource for single words, sentences and learning. Also, great quality, sturdy, colorful and well made. I will be trying to find more sets from this company with different word varieties. Great purchase.

Great quality and fun to use!
These cards are very nice. I use them with a standard size pocket chart. I homeschool my 3 year old and these are the first cards, along with the Early Math Skills cards that I have purchased. They are color coded, come with activity ideas, are thick and glossy....not too heavily though, they can still tear, but they are thicker than an average flash card. There are a lot of words and yes they are double sided with different words on each side, but for a 3, 4 year old and only having a mid size pocket chart, there are plenty of words for us to use. Quite a lot actually. The possible use for these seems endless. Bold colors, common words and a great price. Highly recommend.

Functional, sturdy cards
Great for autistic son who needs much repetition. Wish it came with a folder with sleeves or something to organize the words in, but I'll have to craft something that works. The words came inside several different ziploc bags that hold each colored set of cards, but they're narrow and you have to get all the set out to sort through the one you want and they're difficult for my son to put back in. The cards are very sturdy and bright. Different words are printed on the front and back of each card, so if you use velcro or magnets for use with a dry-erase or felt board, you'll lose the use of the words on one side. Using a board with a lip on the bottom that you prop the card against is the easiest solution to that, but not ideal. However, I'm very pleased with the cards because they came exactly as described. Thus, 5 stars.

Great Color Coded Sight Words, But One Flaw
These are wonderful cards for both homeschooling or public schooling! They're thick, durable, and glossy with large, bold text. I bought these sight words cards to use with my preschooler who is learning to read, but they're also great to use for early Elementary if you're also learning sentence structure, use of tense, or forming a sentence into a question. They can also be used for spelling word practice, sorting by letter or alphabetical order, or grouping into categories such as people, or action words. It's also nice that the cards are color coated which helps differentiate between adjectives, verbs, adverbs, pronouns, and nouns. They fit nicely in a pocket chart which is fun for kids to play with or you can even use them without it and spread them out on the floor. The only thing I don't like is that they have words printed on both sides of the cards so if you're trying to make a sentence and you need to use a word on the flip side, you may be out of luck unless you buy a second set. Still, these make great early reading cards and I highly recommend them for the hands-on and visual learners.

Recommended by me!
As a former KN and 3rd grade teacher and now an elementary school librarian, I highly recommend these sight word cards! They are a great size, colorful, easy to read, and printed on both sides. I got them for my mildly autistic 5 year old grandson last Christmas. In May, they were still unopened. We were babysitting one night and opened them and were quite surprised he knew so many. We had no idea! He loves working with them. We'll make sentences with them, find words that rhyme, categorize by color or beginning letter, etc...there are many great ways to use them! You don't need a pocket chart to use them.

Double sided words
These are nice and big. I didnt realize they would be double sided, so they won't work for what I had intended to use them for with magnets on my whiteboard.
