you will love it
It’s addictive and I can’t live without it. I have used this soap, and a similar one to it which is now off the market, (wonder bar), for 10 years. It works incredibly well with my mixed dry oily skin. Leaves my skin feeling baby soft. I can definitely feel a negative effect If i happen to skip a morning or evening wash. The bar lasts a very long time. The price per unit cost is well below cheaper less effective products. If you use the bar twice a day and it last 2 months that costs $.46 / per day. Hardly expensive. This bar happens to work with my skin type. I believe it might not work for all but if it does, you will love it

How did I exist before JuJu?!?
I hate writing reviews, but I just used my JuJu (sat here unopened, forsaken for month or so) bar soap for the first time and oh...my...gosh!! I feel like those people who found Jesus in a Cheeto or something, but this stuff is amazing!! And immediately visible results, too, so I'm not just feeling things. And I was stunned to find that the soap IS the washcloth (for most areas/cases), with amazing exfoliation rubbing it on skin. Better than my brushes or scrubbers. Throwing ALL others stuff away. Now. For good. I can feel pores that haven't breathed since I was 10. If I could click my heels in the air, I would. Hot dog!!

Effective, a little drying in this cold, but awesome with results 5 days in!
I have adult stress acne and have tried just about everything. Proactive worked for a while in my mid twenties but now in my early thirties it just isn't cutting it. I just had a baby and I tried the X Out version of Proactive too but it only kept acne to a minimum. I tried all kinds of masks, soups, serums, and oils to reduce this terrible acne but I am not getting very far. I read about this when it was introduced as a new product at Sephora. It seemed worth a try so I ordered it on here since it was sold out everywhere else. This seemed like a good sign but I can never tell if something is hyped up or not. Well I have been using it for about 5 days and already I am seeing results. My face is a little dry and I am making sure to moisturize with it but this is definitely awesome so far. It doesn't sting or tingle or smell bad either. It is very neutral and doesn't really smell like anything. The exfoliation part of the soap is only tiny grains and seems very effective for the few blackheads I get, but then forms into a nice lather. So far so good!

Perfect for travel!
They come in the cutest little case and amazing for traveling. I especially love the exfoliating bar because I try to make that a point every few days.

Solid, dense soap that will last for 2-3 months of face washes
Here is one thing you should know about this soap. It is hard and heavy. It will not melt and mush up like other soaps do. It is very dense. I use it and can see it will last for months. I had irritated my skin with another product and when I use this soap, it is very soothing. Many times when your skin is irritated, warm water is about the only thing that wont sting but this is one of those products that took the sting out for me. It has a nice creamy texture that lathers up but it not too sudsy. I personally do not find it too drying and I actually do use it directly on my face. You can feel that the soap has some grit to it which I like. That gives your skin a little exfoliation. This is a nice, gentle soap that made my face feel and look clean. The price is the only thing I can find wrong with this item. I cannot believe I am spending so much on a bar of soap but if the cost is a concern for you, like it is for me, just think of it as if it was normal face wash and this will last 2-3 months. I bought one of those waterfall soap dishes from Amazon and I have that by the sink with this soap sitting on it. It is nice because the dish is at an angle so the water won't collect in there and make the soap soft.

Perfect for travel; cleanser/scrub in one; works for my sensitive, blemish-prone, normal-dry skin
Have loved this from the first moment I tried it. I wanted something for a multi-month trip and didn’t want to bring a cleanser AND scrub (or worry about liquids limit for my carry on). The travel size with soft case was perfect, and lasts quite a while. My sensitive, normal-dry and blemish-prone skin seems to love it, so it’s now a staple in my routine well beyond travel. I don’t wear a lot of makeup or waterproof mascara, so I can’t comment on its effectiveness removing makeup. But it serves my basic routine well. I loved the travel case, too, but they don’t make a full size version. Instead I bought the Matador flatpak soap bar case which holds this full size bar perfectly. (Although for smaller trips I might just cut off what I need and use the Elephant’s little travel case.) Worth trying out if you don’t mind the price.

Not worth the price.
It is a decent Neutral scented, balanced ph bar of soap. It’s definitely better than dove, or okay etc. but absolutely not that fabulous that you pay $28 for it. I still can’t get behind the hype and I’m a product lover. I really wanted to give this more than I did but I couldn’t. I will never buy again. Honestly, the black bar from shea Mousture company is 8 bucks and 3 times the size amd smells better, and leaves my skin nicely moisturized. Waaaat better option. I’m sorry drunk elephant, it’s my personal honest feedback.

Didn't think that it offered anything new or unique to my skincare routine, possibly caused some pain with use, and would not pu
Pros: Doesn't dry out your skin Ingredient list is approved by Paula's Choice and is raved about (which was why I decided to give it a try) Has nice exfoliating consistency (nice to use as a body soap too) Lasts much longer than a regular bar of soap (a little goes a long way) Minimal fragrance Cons: Takes quite a bit of rinsing to wash off which is annoying in the morning over the sink Instructions say to use actual bar and massage on face to exfoliate. Overall, the exfoliating texture was a fine grit however I ran into occasional larger and sharper areas of grit in the bar which caused some pain and essentially I now use it mostly as a body soap. Overall: Didn't think that it offered anything new or unique to my skincare routine, possibly caused some pain with use, and would not purchase again.

A very nice soap. Lasts for more than 4 months and nicely and softly exfoliates the skin. Not drying at all. As nice as the Pekee bar that I use at night. Not to compare with ordinary soap. can advice it!!!!! I am a big fan of the Drunk Elephant products and am very glad that I can order them through Live Salon.
